C H A P T E R 2 7

"Karl is talking to them right now though," I said raising an eyebrow at him, and to which he just closed his eyes and shrugged,

"Yeah, exactly. Let Karl talk to them, and we can stay here for a few minutes," said Alex, moving over a bit to make room for me to lay down,

"Fine, only for a few minutes- how am I supposed to fit in there anyways?" I asked and get pulled down immediately by Alex causing my face to be buried in his chest.

"Like this, now sleep.." Alex said before falling asleep and hugging me close,

I blushed like crazy at this, never in my life would I imagine cuddling with Alex Quackity himself, "Only for a few minutes.." I said before I calmed down a bit and fell asleep.

Being in his arms was nice to say the least, probably one of the best sleep I've had in a while.

I was awaken by some thumping on the floor. I sat up and noticed that Alex was already up and the door was closed. It felt like I was forgetting something.. SHIT!

I got out of bed, cursing slightly for getting up too quickly causing me to lose balance and for everything to go dark for a minute.

After I regained my balance and could properly see, I walked out of the room to notice that both Alex and Karl were sitting at the kitchen table, scrolling through their phones.

Karl was the first to acknowledge my presence, as he looked at me and said, "Oh hey, good morning sleeping beauty,"

I groaned and asked, "What time is it?" realising that I've probably slept through the rest of the stream.

Alex flashed me a smile, although I swear I could've seen a bit of sadness behind it, "You've been out for an hour, its 7pm now,"

I tossed my hands up and defeat and took a seat between the two boys, "Please tell me that you guys covered for me," I looked at Karl hopefully.

Karl flashed me a grin and said, "Oh yeah, when everyone asked where you and Alex were I just lied and said you texted me saying that you were called to an emergency meeting with the Lunch Club and that Quackmyster was out getting food for us all,"

I let out a sigh and noticed that Alex was avoiding my gaze, deciding that it was probably nothing I said, "Well, surely some people wouldn't buy it?"

Karl put his phone down and said, "Yeah, Dream texted me to ask if you were alright. I told him the truth- that you and Alex fell asleep.. I left out the uh.. details though," he said scratching his head and looking away, referring to me and Alex cuddling.

I blushed a bit and cleared my throat, "Yes, uh.. Thank you, Karl, Alex," I said as I looked at Karl then at Alex who was still avoiding my gaze.

Finally, Alex mumbled out, "Karl told me about the sleeping arrangements, we talked to Dream about it after the stream ended,"

Ah yes.. That. I looked at him then Karl who shrugged then back at Alex, "And you guys are.. alright with it?"

Alex let out a sigh and then finally looked me in the eyes and flashed me a sad smile, "Dream said he'll be spamming you all day tomorrow for details- and possibly a lecture-" causing me to roll my eyes and for Karl to chuckle slightly, "and I'm okay with it, as long as I don't hear- like- whatever the fuck noises you make," he said causing Karl to blush in shock.

After a few minutes of silence, I said, "The fuck? You saying I snore or some shit?" I said raising an eyebrow, failing to contain the smile that was creeping up my face.
