Alice was found laying on the side of the road , beaten and bruised. Her entire body was limp, the poor soul who found her nearly had a heart attack at the sight of her. Alice had hitch hiked with the wrong person. Turns out , a serial killer on the run. He had tried to kill her. Her hair was matted to her head , blood crusted over the back. It seemed as if she had been hit on the back of her head numerous times. She was bleeding everywhere from the waist down , and there were finger nail scratches on her stomach and legs.
The worst part ?
Alice was still alive. Alive but not awake.
Her breathing was shallow , barely escaping the chapped , blue lips.
An elder woman found her laying on her back half in the ditch, half on the street.
She nearly passed by but slammed on the breaks almost immediately the instant she caught a glimpse of her.
She brought Alice to the hospital, leaving before anyone could catch her name.
