[Sunday, (Y/N) residences, (Y/N)’s POV]

“How does this look?” I asked as I held up a blue shirt.

“No..those don’t match your jeans.” Asuha said as she rummaged through my closet, throwing clothes behind her back. “Boys have zero fashion sense, I swear.”

“What do you expect..? I barely go out. And when I do, I just wear something simple. How does this not match, anyways?” I replied as I sighed and sat down on my bed.

“The blue clashes and it’s ill-fitted, moving on… Hmmm, oh hey! How about this?” Asuha said as she tossed me a hoodie sweatshirt. “It goes perfectly with the jeans.”

I put the hoodie on and looked at myself in the mirror. “Don’t I look like a super edgy teenager..?”

“You do, but quite some girls dig that. So hurry up. You don’t wanna be late now, do you?” Asuha said as she straightened up my hair. I hurried out the room and left quickly, after spraying cologne on myself.

“God...I really hope this date goes well…” I muttered to myself as I put on the best jordans I have.

“It will, trust me. Throw in that special charm of yours, and soon, she’ll be head over heels for you, if she isn’t already,” Asuha replied as she handed me something in a plastic packaging. “You’ll need these by the way.”

“Oh what is this? What the fu-” I threw the condoms away and glared at her. “That’s not happening. Certainly not today.”

“Hahaha! I know, I know, just in case, you know,” Asuha said as she giggled with a wink.

“Yeah, yeah, whatever. Real question is why do you have these. See you tonight!” I replied as I headed out the door, quickly shutting it before I could hear her answer. I did not want to know.

[Downtown]

“Pretty crowded...I wonder why Himari wanted to meet here…” I muttered as I avoided the bustling crowd.

“Hey (Y/N)~ Waited long?” A voice called out my name from behind. I turned around to see Himari, who looked simply gorgeous as she walked over to me. She was using a tight woolen turtleneck, looked to be knitted meticulously, having little beige flowers on the hem of the sweater, completed with a pattern of vines. She paired it with a black beanie that had a pom pom on top, matching it with her ankle-high black leather boots, completing her look with some simple denim jeans.

“No,no! As a matter of fact, I just got here!” I replied. “So, uhm...is there a particular reason you wanted to meet out here, it was a pretty random spot,”

“Yeah, actually. I got something really good for us~!” Himari said as she rummaged through her purse, holding up two fancy looking tickets.

“Woah, those look pricey...how’d you get those?” I asked, intrigued, furrowing my eyebrows.

“My dad got them from a friend. I literally had to beg to make him give them to me.” Himari answered as she sighed.

“Himari...you didn’t have to do that…” I felt a twinge of guilt, as I realized that I hadn’t prepared anything for her today.

“But I wanted this date to be special (Y/N)...” Himari said as she took my hand. “Now don’t worry about it. Let’s just have a good time together!”

I nodded and began walking towards the designated location. While walking, I couldn’t help but to continue stealing glances of her. It was hard to deny that she was gorgeous. She looked like a queen, I was simply unable to look away. I hope she didn’t notice that I was looking too often though.
