Chapter 24

Tsumugi's POV

I was walking around the school when Monokuma suddenly appeared. "You should go to the secret room. The director wants to talk to you." He said and then disappeared before I had a chance to say anything.

I decided to listen to him and I quickly walked to the secret door in the girls bathroom. I picked up the Monopad and saw there was an incoming call from the director. We, who work on Team Danganronpa, use Monopads to contact each other. I clicked the 'answer' button.

Tsumugi: Director Sir.

Director: Tsumugi. We need to end this season early. After they finish investigating, tell them everything and we'll pull them out after.

Tsumugi: ...Yes sir. Is that all?

Director: No. Since this season is terrible and you're the mastermind, everyone wants you to be kicked off of Team Danganronpa.

Tsumugi: ...! I-I see... I'm fine with that, however, what about my family....?

Director: We'll let them go as long as you don't say anything about it to the police.

Tsumugi: I won't Sir! Thank you!

'Monokuma file #6' has been added to the truth bullets

"Monokuma!" I called out. Shuichi looked at me in confusion. Monokuma appeared. "What do you want?! Hurry up and make it quick!" Monokuma said, annoyed. "Along with this trial, I want to redo Rantaro's trial." I explained.

Monokuma put a smile on his face. "Sure. It's about time something more interesting happened!" He laughed. "Great. Along with that, you have to open all of the locked rooms!" I said.

Monokuma hesitated. "....Fine. I wouldn't be fair if I kept that from you, after all!" Then he left. "Now, let's investigate Kaito's body." I said when I turned to Shuichi. He nodded.

The obvious thing to investigate on his body was the rope so I checked that first. It was wrapped around his neck three times, so this is clearly the murder weapon.

Shuichi also checked his body and said "There doesn't seem to be anything else of importance." Then out of the corner of my eye, I saw something that caught my attention and I walked over to it. On the floor, there were a few bloody arrows. 'The only one here who knows how to handle weapons are Maki. But Kaito doesn't have any other wounds so who got shot?' I thought.

Then my mind flashed to when Maki was walking towards the opposite direction of the dining hall. She had a determined look on her face. 'Maybe it has something to do with this...?' I thought. I decided to tell Shuichi about it. "That's most likely important. It has to do with Maki." Shuichi put his hand on his chin and said that.

"Umm, (Y/n)?" I heard a voice behind me. I turned around and saw Kiibo looking really nervous. "Yea? Do you need to tell us something?" I asked. "I know I already told this to Shuichi but I wanted to also tell you. During last trail, I lied. I wasn't with Tsumugi, I was in Miu's lab by myself." Kiibo said. "I see. That's important, thanks for telling me." I said.

"Also, I'm not sure if this will help but when I was in the lab, I upgraded myself and now I have 100 fold vision. If you need me to look at anything, please let me know." I nodded. "Ok. I will. Again, thanks for telling me."
