You're my worn infinity
Around the length of these pearls
A chained transcendence
Through the latch of your kiss
And such silvery rage
From the pride in your stars
A trophied meaning
An exquisite wish
By the weight of these heavens
In the gold of your voice
And need on these lips
From the threads of your tongue
How I speak to the solace
You've cornered in wonder
Discovered above you
And charted like night
But worn as the sun
In attire of morning
A lisp of the evening
Or gospel of day
Jewel of my hour
Treasure of waking
Solace of waiting
Muse of my word.
