Like a book from a library
You were a story I never got to keep
You were a rush of mystery
a page turner
But in the end I found out what you really were
You were magical
your world was immersive
But you weren't real
You were classic
Everyone loved you
But there was one bad review
You were years ago
A place I've been
But you weren't my time
I did not judge you by your cover
But in the end
You were just like the others
You were a roll of film
Not quite like your pages
But with all your missing pieces
I'll still love you for ages.
