Part 19

October 30th, 1981. 4 years later

This is horrible. This is the worst.

It was 4 years later and they were in the height of the war. Severus was sitting next to lucius at the dining room table along with the rest of the followers.

This was by far the worst one yet.

" Severus are you okay?" Bellatrix asked me from his other side.

he was sick to his stomach. It cant be true. He cant have just said that, no.

" tomorrow i will go to the Potter Residence. The Little boy must be killed, he is a threat to my reign." Voldemort said hoarsely.

Severus' mouth dried up and his knees felt weak. He had to suppress the shock he was feeling and try to stay calm or else he may blow his persona.

Lucius and severus were sent in as spies, they were actually members of the order. Bellatrix and regulus were put in against their will but they had to do it because of the prestigious black family.

1 year ago James had his baby, with lily. He kept in close contact with Lily and remus but not james. He hadnt seen him since graduation, he just didn't have the heart.

James and lily had their baby but they weren't together, lily made that EXTREMELY clear. She was with marlene now but both lily and james were very involved in Harry's life.

It was strange and people doubted them but they made it work. They were happy. However lucius and severus were really suffering.

It was crucio after crucio. Multiple people had been hurt by their hands but if they didn't then they couldn't guarantee they would be spared.

Voldemort wasn't afraid to kill his own followers and the ones who weren't obedient dropped like flies.

One thing that disgusted him even more was that sitting at the table across from him was Peter Pettigrew.

He himself was put in to help the order but Pettigrew had volunteered himself in that position as his loyal follower.

And the fact that the stupid rat had lived up to his name and gave lily and james' information to the dark lord was even worse.

" you are dismissed." The same voice rang. The one that gave the terrible news.

Severus stood up with the rest and put his hand on lucius' shoulder for he feared that if he didnt he wouldn't be able to stand properly.

They shuffled out of the dining hall and apparated to their own homes.

" severus are you all right?" Bella asked again.

" bellatrix. Come. Lets go." Rudolphus said behind her. She rolled her eyes and walked over to him, giving him a sneer before apparating with him.

" severus lets go. We have a meeting." Lucius said softly.

Right the meeting.

" Albus you cannot be serious!" McGonagal slammed her hand on the table.

" Minerva it is the only way."

" using them as BAIT?! they are only 21 albus! they are children!"

" and we must protect harry!"

the two members bickered. Severus and lucius stood in the back along with sirius and remus. Sirius held his husbands hand tightly as the realization dawned on them. Lily and James were going to be used as bait, and there was no guarantee they would survive.
