I wiped the blood away from my face. My cloak was ripped and my chest was bleeding. More blood came out of my mouth as I couched.

creature laughed as it's snake-like-magic spread towards me.

I jumped out of the way just before it hit me. The pain hit my chest again. I let out a slight scream as I fell to the ground.

evil, disgusting laugh.

I gritted my teeth and tried to get up. More blood came out of my mouth.

I tried to get up again but it's snake-like-magics were faster. I could only scream as a horrible pain hit my right leg.

I grinned. I didn't even have to look to see what it had done. I focused on the creature in front of me.
