"Zion, where's my father?" I asked again as anxiety started to build up inside of me.

"We locked him up."

"What?! Why would you do that? Where is he? I want to see him."

"Saron, I can't let you do that."

"The hell you won't!" I pushed off of him completely, heading towards the door before he threw himself in front of me trying to stop me.

"Saron, please just listen."

"What?" I replied angrily.

"After you did the spell, something went wrong. You started walking towards the dark magic that you pulled out of the Five. It was like it was controlling you. Edward pushed you out of the way before it could go inside of you. Now all that dark magic is inside of him."

Shaking my head, I refused to believe what he was telling me. I had just gotten him back. There had to be a way to save him.

"Where's everyone else?"

"They went to class. The Headmaster wouldn't let them miss one more day."

Curiously, I asked, "Where are the Five? How long have I been out?"

Shooting me a worried gaze he replied, "25 days. Since their bond was broken, they no longer have power. They can be tried for their crimes like any other supernatural. They're locked up for now but-", he stopped, frowning.

"But what?"

"Liam escaped."

"It's only a matter of time then. Till he comes after me for what I did."

"When he comes, we'll be ready," he replied, forcing a smile to reassure me.

"I need to see my father. Where is he being kept?"

Zion frowned at my request, refusing to reply.

"Zion, I will find him whether you tell me or not."

Sighing, he resorted to telling me, "The Headmaster has him contained. I'm not sure where."

"Let's go then," I said, grabbing his hands and darting to the Office as fast as my speed could get me there. A few seconds later, I landed at the door. I pushed the door open to find her there whispering with Sengal.

"You're awake," Sengal said, smiling brightly at me.

"Where is my Father?"

"Saron, it's best you don't see him now," replied the Headmaster.

"Headmaster, with all due respect, I don't think it's your place to keep me from him," I said sternly as I maintained my gaze with her.

"He's much too dangerous-," started Sengal.

"There has to be a way I can bring the dark magic out of him like I did with the Five. There has to be a spell, a way to save him," I pleaded as my eyes darted from them both.

"There is one. But it's dangerous, even with your power. But, with all of that dark magic, we don't even know if he's still in there. We don't know if there's anything left to save," the Headmaster answered bluntly.

"He's still in there. Let me see him and I'll prove to you he is."

She looked at me uneasily as she weighed her options in her head. She looked to Zion who stood as a statue by my side, unwavering.

"And what do you think about all this?" she asked him.

"I think if anyone can save him, it's her."
