Everyone was frozen, and Avni was too she cannot believe what she had heard. Callahan walked towards Margret who held a smug smile on her face and held her hand sliding a ring on her finger.

"Avni, he must have some explanation for this I know, this wasn't what he had in mind. There must be some mistake." Philip walked towards Callahan "What are you doing my King it was not something you were suppose to do, remember what you have told me?" Philip asked. "You dare to question your king's decision? How, you are a mere peasant" Margret said.

None standing there believed what had happened there. How can it turn around this way? "I can just ask the guards to escort you out, Guards, guards, escort him out." Callahan stayed silent. Something within him broke looking at Avni's expression. She had an ironic smile on her face, like she knew this was what going to happen.

"No, no one will take Philip anywhere, as a princess I order you to stand down" The guards stopped looking at Avni who had now closed the distance between her and Callahan. He looked at her she just averted her gaze.

"Lady Margret may I remind you, that you still hold no authority above Philip or the guards still. And you cannot detain my royal advisor without my permission." She said. "Oh, can't I? you sometimes make me think how naïve you are Princess, this is a royal crest his crest, I am his consort, soon I am going to be his wife, I hold every right to detain you and as soon as he marries me I will make sure that royal title you have given would be stripped off you. You had played this game long enough." Callahan stood their rigid.

"Lady Margret..." She held up her hand. "It is my turn to say dear "It is your highness, and you are just a mere peasant. I am the next crowned queen and when that happen, I will make sure to strip everyone who isn't born here of their royal title regardless of their position. Starting with you, your days of ruling over my darling Princess." Avni stood there trying to breathe. "Callahan" She whispered holding up her hand. But Margret pushed it away.

"It is your highness, you just have a mere honorary title and may I remind you he is my fiancé now, you cannot touch him without my permission" She looked at him. "Is it true my not so charming prince? Are you off limits now?" She asked. Callahan looked at Margret holding her hand and said

"It is King Callahan, I am done playing games with you, I have a country to run and being with a dying girl is the last thing I should do." Avni slapped him not once but twice. "You know, you do not deserve my friendship at all Your Royal Highness, neither do you deserve my love. And this crown? I do not need this to be a princess, I was born as one do you get me, I do not need you to become a princess." The world swayed around her.

"Avni" Callahan exclaimed in alarm trying to hold her. "No, don't, don't you dare hold me I am fine, I have been alone most of my life, and I never needed anyone then, I should have known the when my life would be near end I would be alone, what I did wrong was that I trusted the wrong person with my heart." She gave him something "Here, I have bought this for you, but I don't think it matters anymore." She didn't cry.

She put on a smile at her face and walked towards the exit. Suddenly she felt another faint spell coming. This time she wasn't ready and she felt herself falling down this time no one was there to hold her back. This was the result of her trusting the wrong person. And she remembered Margret's words about the Royals then she now understood very well how right she was. And Avni was wrong always wrong and then she gave into darkness.

"Avni" Callahan called rushing towards her. But someone held him back. "No, you must not My King, remember why you decided to marry me." Callahan looked at Margret and pulled her hand off him. "Yes, I know, but I never told you that you can hold me freely afterwards." And he walked out too after Philip who had prevented her fall. No one was talking to him. Nor they let him in. But he was pacing outside her chambers.
