Ash is an outcast. Even in the new world her parents and their friends have built she still manages to stand out, and not in a good way. She's never felt like she belonged, not when her siblings are more impressive when it comes to magic, swordplay, and knowledge. She's always had a love for the arts, especially music and dance.
    But there's the Gateway. With her seventeenth birthday approaching, she could go to the other world without her parents weighing her down. She could explore and learn more about herself in this other world, and a world full of promise.
    So when she finds herself face to face with someone she never expected to meet, will she fight to stay at their side. Even when the universe dares to tear them apart with the approaching doom, will Ash fight for the one she loves? After all, she's a Galathynius and a Whitethorn. If her parents could survive a war of their own, can't she do the same?
