SEUNGMIN didn't know why prince Hwang was ignoring him. Hyunjin was in the Bang castle again to spend some time with Chan. Something felt off to Seungmin because Hyunjin had not attempted to flirt with the butler even once.

He decides to ask prince Chan what the matter was but the two princes were stuck to each other like glue. It would be a difficult task to get Chan separately but Seungmin couldn't wait until Hyunjin left.

"Your highness, may I have a word with you?" Seungmin tries to sound normal, masking his thoughts. "In private."

Chan looks confused for a while before nodding briefly, standing up, and walking towards his butler. Hyunjin's uncomfortable expression didn't go unnoticed by Seungmin.

Once the two of them were away from Hyunjin, Seungmin spoke up, "Something's wrong with prince Hwang."

"What do you mean?"

"He hasn't looked at me even once since he arrived here, he didn't smile at me like he always used to. No winks, no sweet words. Something's wrong," Seungmin tells Chan, his throat turning raspy as if he's about to cry.

Chan sighs, "I think he's acting this way because I told him that you knew about his feelings for you."

Seungmin's eyes widen. This wasn't supposed to happen. He wanted to shout at Chan for spilling his secret but he couldn't. Seungmin grabs a fistful of hair in frustration, screaming internally.

"I need to talk to him."

"To Hyunjin? I doubt he'll comply. He's scared to face you."

Seungmin frowns, "I have to speak with him. I don't want any misunderstandings between us."

"Do you want me to send him to you?" Chan asks for which Seungmin shakes his head.

"You stay here, I'll go to him. That way, he'll have no choice but to speak with me."

"Suit yourself," Chan gives a reassuring pat on Seungmin's back. "Good luck."

Seungmin sprints to the main hall and spots Hyunjin sitting there with the biggest pout on his way. Trying not to get distracted, Seungmin maintains a straight as he walks over to where Hyunjin was sitting.

Quietly, Seungmin takes a seat beside the prince making the other look at him with wide eyes. Hyunjin tries to stand but Seungmin grabs his wrist, forcing him to sit back down.

"W-What do you want?" Hyunjin half yells, his voice slightly wavering.

"Why are you ignoring me, your highess?" Seungmin goes straight to the point. Hyunjin gulps, not knowing how to reply.

"I don't know what you mean," Hyunjin decides to answer. The butler wasn't amused.

"Is it because of what prince Chan told you?" Seungmin questions. "About your feelings for me?"

Hyunjin wanted to hide away in embarrassment, he knew his face currently looked as red as a tomato. The prince didn't know how to carry the conversation so he decided to remain quiet.

"Did prince Chan tell you about what we spoke about?" Seungmin asks softly. Hyunjin simply shakes his head. "Chan hyung told me that you overheard our conversation the other day. Nothing else. I know you probably hate me now and you're disgusted. It's ok if you want to-"

"Stop," Seungmin cuts off the prince. "Prince Chan didn't tell you the whole thing."

Hyunjin looks at him with a confused look.

"He didn't tell you that..." Seungmin continues, "...I might reciprocate your feelings."

Hyunjin was beyond shocked at the younger's words. He pinches himself to confirm that this wasn't a dream.

"Are you serious, Seungmin? You're not mad or disgusted at me?" Hyunjin asks lowly.

Seungmin smiles, "No, I'm not. I might have feelings for you as well, although I'm not completely sure. I might need some time to think about it, are you willing to wait for me, my prince?"

It was Hyunjin's turn to smile, "Of course. I'll wait for you. And whenever you're ready, I promise to shower you with so much love and affection."

Seungmin slowly places a hand on Hyunjin's cheek, smiling at him brightly, "Thank you," he says. "For willing to wait."

Hyunjin removes Seungmin's hand from his cheek, giving it a little squeeze and a kiss on the back of it.

"Now," Hyunjin starts to say. "Where did Chan hyung run off to?"

Seungmin laughs, "The prince has probably gone to visit the love of his life."

"Felix?" Hyunjin asks. "They're together already?"

"Didn't you know?" Seungmin smiles at the confused look on Hyunjin's face. "They've been together for a while now, prince Chan confessed first."

"That's so sweet," Hyunjin grins happily. "Hope that'll be us soon."

"It might be," Seungmin steadily stands up from his seat, moving away from the table. "But for now, I'll see you around, your highness."

Hyunjin chuckles, "See you around."
