FELIX was currently baking one of his scrumptious cake delights. Seungmin had a day off from his duties in his castle so he was at Felix's hut, spending time with his friend. Jeongin had been with them earlier but he had to leave to run some errands. Seungmin noticed how quiet his friend was, as though something was bothering him.

"Something on your mind, Lix?"

There was a moment of silence before the other spoke up.

"I wanted to ask you for a favour," Felix sighs as Seungmin walks closer to him. The younger male makes himself comfortable on a chair in the kitchen, "Go ahead. I'm all ears."

Felix takes a seat, opposite his friend, "Could you, possibly, get me a job in the castle?"

Seungmin ponders over Felix's strange request. Why would he want to work in the castle all of a sudden? "May I know the reason for your request?"

"No reason. I just feel like it."

Then it hits Seungmin, "Is prince Chan the reason?" he sing-songs, teasing his friend.

Felix playfully hits the other's arm, "Shut up," he says, "The prince said he wanted to see me again, so I thought if I worked in the castle, I could see him every day!"

"Hmm," the younger hums, "If that's the case, I'll try to help you. I could refer you to my superior and see what happens." 

Felix's face lights up in happiness, "Thank you, I owe you one."

The baker reaches for a cake delight from the plate and pops one into his mouth. He grabs another and attempts to feed Seungmim, "Here, try them."

Seungmin hesitantly obtains the treat, but his eyes brighten at the surprisingly delicious taste of the cake. "Why are you so good at this? You should open up your own bakery, Lix. Your talent shouldn't go unnoticed."

"You really liked this that much, huh?" Felix laughs, "If that's the case then, getting me a job as a chef in the castle should be easy for you right?"

"I'll take one of these," Seungmin grabs a piece of the cake, wraps it in a cloth and shoves it down his pocket. "I'll give this to my superior. He will judge you with this."

"Great, then!" Felix turns back to his counter and starts to clean up the mess, while Seungmin munches down all the remaining delights, but leaves a few for Jeongin.

CHANGBIN loved hunting. He was great at it too. The only thing he was better at than Chan. See, Changbin and Chan were rivals from when they were children. They would always get competitive over each and everything.

One thing Changbin hated was losing to Chan. It was utter humiliation to him. He could never lose to the older. Although they shared mutual friends, there was still some sort of hatred between them.

As Changbin was riding his horse, he comes across the scent of something freshly baked. It's a kind of scent he loved. Freshly baked, right from the oven. Unfortunately, Changbin was pretty hungry and the scent was helping.

So he did what anyone would. He followed the scent, which leads him directly to the window of Felix's hut. He left his horse, tied behind a tree before he went to investigate who and what was behind the scent.

Changbin peeked through the window and caught a glimpse of two figures converse. One of them, he easily recognized as Seungmin, Chan's butler. He knew this due to his frequent visits to the castle.

The other male seemed like a mere commoner, but nevertheless, the male looked absolutely flawless. Changbin was in awe. He needed to know who this beautiful boy was.

Changbin tried to eavesdrop on their conversation and was surprised when the boys mentioned prince Chan. The name brought a bright smile to the stranger's face and Changbin frowned.

What he heard next, shocked him even more. The stranger wanted to work in the castle just to see prince Chan?

Changbin decided he heard enough, so he decided to leave. He knew of a way to find out about the stranger's identity. Changbin rode his horse back to his kingdom, waiting for the perfect time to start executing his plan.
