The school principal put in a student dormitory system after the incident and increased security here as well. Pro heroes like Snipe, Mic, or Eraserhead patrol the area at night.
It's unfortunate because of the week of the UA sports championship. UA wanted me to undergo a series of sessions: to help students on a more personal level.
"Welcome back, Ms. L/N I missed you so much. It was so boring without you here." Mina said, walking in with her lunch tray. Midoriya, Denki, Kirishima, Iida, and a few others came in behind her.
" I thought I would miss you guys too. I watched the sports event on TV and it was amazing. I was bragging to the other teachers, while it aired I was like Hey there's my student." I stood up from my desk and watched them all settle in.
"I can't wait to tell you all about it." Denki grinned. "You know I was zapping people left to right. Making my way through the ranks, no one could stop me."
"You lost on round 3. You got stopped, but it sure was manly the way you went out." Kirishima and Denki exchanged a fist bump.
"Midoriya, I saw the match between you and Todoroki. Are your fingers ok?" I asked. He let out a hefty laugh, "Yeah, they're fine just a little sore."
"Yes, he's gonna be known as The kid who broke every bone in his body." Iida joked. "You're going to give me a heart attack if you keep breaking your bones", I insisted. "I can't even imagine the pain you must feel."
"Why are you guys here, don't you belong at lunch?" Aizawa asked as he was followed by another purple-haired student.
"I said they could visit during their free time. Plus, I enjoy their company. You can join us," I offered. "It's fun."
He looked around, then looked at the purple-haired student that stood beside him. "She is the emotional support teacher here, you need to become accustomed to seeing her whenever you have problems."
"Aizawa stop bothering this student, please. Anyway, I'm Ms. L/N." I grinned, taking my notepad out. "I'm not bothering him...okay" He sighed.
"Hitoshi Shinso, it's nice to meet you." He looked around the room. "Oh, it's you, the bone breaker kid." Shinso sighed in his low uninterested voice.
Nobody responded to his comment. That's rude. "I won't brainwash you; I'm not interested in that right now." He rubbed his neck with one hand while the other was in his pocket.
"It's nice to meet you too, Shinso. There is a new dorm system, so feel free to stay as long as you like." I grinned. "Thanks. I'll take that offer." he yawned.
"Come on Shinso let's get going there are still some things we need to discuss," Aizawa waved, leaving the room. "Wait! Mr.Aizawa, can we have a movie night?" Mina asked. "Yea, can we?" Denki added.
"No. Go study." He replied. "Look at them Eraser, they deserve a break. It's the beginning of the weekend." I pointed out. "Please, Mr.Aizawa." They begged. He became irritable. "Fine, this is giving me a headache."
"It better be worked out by 7 pm or not at all." He left the room. We waited until he closed the door to celebrate. "Thank you, Ms. L/N! You're the best!" Mina said, enlivened with happiness.
The rest celebrated until the lunch bell rang, signaling that class had resumed. "Bye guys," I waved goodbye. "Catch me after class with the rest so I can help you guys prepare."
"See you then." Midoriya closed the door behind him. I then typed away at my computer again. "Damn, my hands are dry." I put lotion on quickly until a shadow appeared in the doorway.
I waited for the shadow to come in, or knock. The shadow stood there for a minute before going away. I hope whoever it was come by soon, and out of respect for their privacy, I won't go outside to find out who it was.
I met up with Midnight for our own lunch break after straightening up my room. "Was your day eventful?" She asked, taking up a salad bowl. "Not really, but I am going to help Aizawa's class prep for a movie night."
"A movie night sounds fun! Do you plan to give the full movie theater experience?" she asked while applying salad dressing. While thinking about it, I said, "That would be cool, but it depends on the class. I will suggest it, but it's their day."
We took a seat in the quiet lunchroom. "I'd love to join once you have it done. I'll even bring popcorn," she replied. I took my fork out of the plastic and asked, "What type of movies do you think teens like?"
"Personally, I like rom-com or drama, but teens nowadays watch anything. I guess you guys could vote on it." She said, plunging her fork into the salad. I thought about it for a while.
"That's a solid idea, thanks," I replied, moving over to make space for Aizawa and Mic like usual. "What are you two beautiful ladies talking about today?" Mic asked enthusiastically.
"How she convinced me to let my class watch a movie," Aizawa complained, taking a seat next to me. "It wasn't really that hard. It's a skill of mine." I bragged.
He hid his face behind his scarf. "I'm sure it is."
We had a nice lunch communicating, and having a subtle laugh. "Mic want to go grab some dessert with me? I'd hate to walk in these halls lonely." Midnight teased. "I'll escort you, pretty lady."
They got up and brought their trays with them. "They would be so cute together. I think we should set them up on a date." I added. "They've been like this since high school, you won't get very far." He yawned.
I sighed, "I have a question when you use your capture device, how do you manage to get it to float."
"It is just an aspect of my quirk, same as why my hair floats. I do not know how to explain it." He rubbed his face and took off his scarf and put it aside. "I hope you plan on accompanying me to the movie tonight."
"Maybe, I was planning on spending some time in my dorm and watching some soap operas or eating some desserts. I got this really nice spa set as well." I grin as I take out my phone to show him.
"That's very nice, Y/N." He said with a dry tone, folding his arms and leaning back as if trying to distance himself from the conversation.
"You look upset, Shota." I replied copying his movements. "I'm not upset. I'm tired." I crossed my legs and placed my elbows on the table, folding my hands underneath my chin.
"I'll catch you around Y/N. I'll be finished with my lunch break shortly." Getting up, he took his tray with him. I got up along with him. He walked a bit faster. "If it makes you happy, Shota, I will accompany you to the movie."
"Is that right?" He said, turning back to look at me. "I guess you can call it a date." I patted his shoulder.
"I guess we can." He replied, with a smile growing.
