That was probably the craziest thing I've ever done in my life. The even crazier part is, I don't regret it. Earlier that day, we voted on an action/comedy movie and the full movie theater experience.
Sato offered to make snacks, Yaoyorozu offered to make a popcorn machine, Jiro handled the sound, Kirishima and Shoji did the heavy lifting, Iida gave orders. Other team members worked on other things.
To be honest, they did amazing. I had only to prepare the blanket, set the pillows, and straighten up. "What are you doing?" asked Aizawa, his casual black sweats with his hair in the bonnet I gave him.
"No, it's my turn to do something. Look at everything else they did." I pointed out, "You can do something too...can you help me spread this out?"
I passed him the corner of the blanket. "Y/N, I know it seems like I may be against this, but thank you. For all of this and your help." He said, avoiding eye contact. His to-go move.
I smiled. "You know how much I enjoy doing things like this. Don't thank me. Plus, we get to appreciate the simple moments like this."
I threw a pillow at him and wasn't sure if it was a lack of reaction skills or lack of knowledge in general. The pillow hit him straight in his face. I know his reaction skills are tier 1.
"Ouch," he said vehemently. "What on earth was that for?"
"I was passing you the pillow to place it down, but I see your thinking skills are dull." I teased. He picked up the pillow and held it. "For an emotional support teacher, you can be very troublesome." He sighed.
"I am the most relaxed person here," I pick up another pillow to defend myself. We circled the blanket and used the pillows as shields. "That may be true, but I guess we will see who's skills are really dull."
"I guess we are. Shota. Don't be surprised." I grinned. He threw the first pillow, but I managed to block it with mine before throwing it. A rush of wind flew past my ear as the next pillow was launched.
"You got to think fast, Y/N. I could have taken you out right there." He picked up another pillow. "Yet, I managed to take you out once already?" I replied, using my quirk on the pillow.
"I see you're making a hologram so it can change back to a physical form once it gets closer to me."
"Don't let the other side slip from your mind, even if you erase it, it still won't go away." I threw the pillow right at him, then made my getaway behind the popcorn machine.
"Did I mention that you are sneaky too?" he huffed, looking around the common area for me. In these extreme circumstances, it is known that I cannot hold a laugh in for the life of me.
A wholehearted enthusiastic laugh left my mouth as Aizawa turned the corner. "Don't try to be an assassin." He laughed quietly. He offered his hand. "I'd be a great assassin."
"Don't lie to yourself." he pulled me up without much effort. "I'm going to get ready since they are beginning to come downstairs."
"I'll be here." He said as he went to get his sleeping bag. I went to my dorm. I took a shower, got ready, and looked in the mirror. My grandma always told me, "Look in the mirror; see how beautiful you are. No matter what kind of body you have. All your curves, all your features, everything people may want to be jealous of. I want you to show it off."
"I don't want to miss the movie. I should get ready." I rushed back to class 1-A's dorm, with a blanket on my shoulders. The lights were dim and the shadows were concealed; the scent of popcorn and other desserts wafted gently. Before I sat next to him, I got a bucket of popcorn.
"Did the movie start yet?" I asked sitting next to him. "Just in time, hurry up." I placed the bowl of popcorn between us.
The students sat in front of us in their own groups, next to people they enjoy being with. In their favorite sleepwear, excited to indulge in the movie. The same thing I'm doing right now.
I peeped over at Aizawa, who was fixing his jet black hair underneath his bonnet skimming the room with his tired eyes. The perfectly sculpted muscles were gently protruding from beneath his shirt, highlighting the different layers he had.
He still manages to uphold his scruffy appearance despite the things that he's done recently. Things he has been through. I shifted my gaze to the white screen when the music started.
"Everyone lower your tone! The movie has begun." Iida ordered. "Sit down and be quiet, would ya?" Bakugo groaned.
The movie started and I was already immersed. There's one thing I know about myself when it comes to movies. I always fall asleep. Right now, I am fighting a battle with myself eternally.
"Y/N, are you falling asleep?" Aizawa whispered, placing his hand on my shoulder. "No. I'm not," I yawned, "just resting my eyes."
"If you're tired, you can lean on me."
"Are you sure?"
"Go ahead. I don't mind."
"Thank you...Shota." I rested my head on his shoulder and curled myself into a ball underneath my blanket. It wasn't long until the scent of firewood and anise from his cologne filled my nose. I divulged myself deeper into him before I fell asleep.
When I woke up, the movie was just finishing. It turns out Aizawa was fast asleep right along next to me, with his arm over my shoulders. His head was leaned against the couch.
"Shota? Shota wake up I think the movie is over." I yawned, tapping his shoulder. "Hm? The movie's over already?" He blinked slowly and rubbed his eyes. "Yea and most of everyone else is asleep."
"I didn't even sleep in my sleeping bag." He got up and we started waking up everyone and told them to go to their dorms. The ones that are heavy sleepers. For example, Denki Kaminari, Aizawa carried him to his room.
Once we were all done we were left with a mess as we both crashed on the couch. "Can we deal with this tomorrow?" I asked. "Yea, we can. Goodnight Y/n." He yawned.
"Goodnight, Shota."
