Phoebe
"I locked myself out." She explained, her chocolate eyes wide with fear. Her chest moved up and down rhythmically, and my eyes dropped to her exposed skin. She picked up her phone and dialed a number. "Maintenance. . . Mhm. . .Yeah, I got locked out. . . Moreau. . . Okay." She hung up. "Settled."
"Well, you could come to my place until the maintenance man arrives?" I had leaned against the wall, biting my lip as she looked between me and my door. What'd she think I'd do to her?
"U- um, y-yeah. Okay." She stuttered, shrugging nervously. I couldn't stop the grin on my face as I showed her inside my apartment.
"It's so cozy in here." She commented, taking in my well lived-in apartment. I'm sure hers looked very clean and organized with fancy artifacts and artwork everywhere, whereas mine was full of my own personality.
"Want a drink? I have Fresca, juice, coffee, tea?" She crossed her arms underneath her breasts and it teased my eyes.
"Sure, Fresca sounds nice." She followed me into the kitchen and I handed her the bottle from the fridge. "I love these canvas posters. You like music a lot, huh?" She asked, eyeing pictures of some of my favorite bands and artists.
"This one is my favorite." I said, walking into my bedroom and plucking off the wall my favorite Sabrina Claudio canvas. "She's so unbound and when she sings she can make you feel so at peace." I caught her watching me as I spoke and it took all of my self control to not kiss her right then. She fingered the beautiful portrait and the front of her body brushed against the back of mine. My heart beat loudly in my ears.
"She's beautiful, I've never heard of her." I looked back at her and our faces were mere inches apart. She was right over my shoulder.
"Alexa, play Orion's Belt." First, the melody flooded my apartment. We didn't move. We just stood there, me looking over my shoulder at her and listening to the beautiful voice. When Sabrina sung her verse about looking at freckles like the constellations I eyed every single one of Winters'. The song was very intimate, even more so in our close proximity. It was as if the song was made just for us in that moment. Everything I wanted to do to Winter was being verbalized.
"It's beautiful." She whispered. I studied her. Her hooded eyes, her full pink lips, her golden hair and skin.
"So are you." I replied. Her eyes flicked to my chest then back up.
"What did your note say?" I chuckled, and faced her completely as another one of Sabrinas songs filled the space. I leaned against the wall and waited for her to move in closer. She didn't.
"Nothing." I lied, getting her to budge a foot closer.
"Tell me." She demanded. I smirked and crossed my arms.
"I'm not saying anything." Without a warning she took off toward the front. "Shit!" I ran after her as she was leaning down into my waste bin outside, she snatched the paper just as I caught her and we tousled as she read it. Then, she went still, and my arms were still around her.
"I-," she shook her head and I released her. "I should go." I stalked across the living room as she was about to open the door and I trapped her. I had her pinned between my arms, the door, and me.
"Wait." I said desperately. "I- I'm sorry." She faced me and I held my breath. Afraid that if I breathed I would kiss her, I would take her. I'd never been in such a situation. Where my morals were tested and I needed to figure out right from wrong. I wanted her, I've wanted her since we first exchanged notes on our balcony's.
"Kaiden doesn't think we should be friends. He knows you have a crush on me. Now, I know he's right." I smirked, and she gazed up at me, unmoving. Her dark eyes taking me in and her teeth nipping her lip.
"Well, we can't have that." I whispered. I'd figure out how to diminish any threatening feelings he had later. But now— at the risk of being punched— I let my hand travel to her collarbone and I slipped it around her neck. i brushed her soft lips with my thumb and she almost choked on air.
"I'm kissing you." I warned, inching closer to her lips. Her breath came out quick and shallow, and when our lips touched she gasped. I opened my mouth slightly to deepen the kiss and she kissed me back. Her lips were soft and she tasted like ecstasy. Addictive. I cautiously whisked my tongue against hers, stepping into her so our bodies were flush against each other. Her sweet taste consumed me and my pussy sucked at itself when she moaned. The sound had me grinding into her like a cat in heat. I deepened the kiss. I licked and sucked and nipped at her like she was mine and I owned her. It was passionate and needy, but unhurried. I moved at an even pace, enjoying every flick and lick of her tongue. Her small hands went to my waist and I pushed her further against the door as sensation pooled at my center from her intoxicating touch. I released her hair from the tie and thrusted my fingers through the smooth thick locks. I tugged and pulled her into me, gaining momentum, unable to keep the slow pace. Her nails nipped into my flesh at my hips and I growled into her mouth. Suddenly, she had pushed me away and was out of my apartment before I could even take a breath.
Fuck.
