Chapter 15 - School

Authors note-

I live in England, so please bare with or help! me write these next few chapters. I know nothing of what American high school timetables or the classes are like, yes, I have done research but it isn't the same thing if you haven't been to an American high school all your life. So like I said bare with me, yes there will be mistakes about how the school is run or weird time tables but I'm doing the best I can :) if you feel like helping me! Chapter 15 - School

Ahrianna's POV

I lay in my wonderfully comfortable bed thinking of the past few days, how I felt so close to certain members of my family I even fell asleep on them, 'even though they are as hard as stone and not very warm, they were just as comfortable as my bed.' I thought with a smile on my face. Then I thought about how they had all accepted me, even Rose had. 'Emmett still liked me even though I tried to kill him the other day.' I started to giggle remembering the incident but I suddenly became very serious and felt guilty because I could of really hurt him, 'especially now we all know I'm stronger than he is.' I winced at the thought of losing one of my new family members, I thought about Jasper and how we are not that close but how I would be torn apart if he were to be hurt or taken from us. I carried on thinking about how brilliant my life is now until I heard a little knock at my door, I quickly glanced at the clock 6.00am. 'Who is awake this early' I thought remembering that most of my family don't sleep. I chuckled at my ignorance and told who ever it was to come in. I half expected it to be Alice or Esme but it was the last person I thought it would be, Jasper.

"Good morning Ahria, may I come in?" He said with his head poked round my door, I nodded still quite shocked as to why he was here. He silently came into my room and walked towards the edge of my bed and sat down. I sat up in bed and tried not to look confused. He smiled at me obviously reading my emotions, they were screaming loud and clear that I was confused.

"It's alright Ahria. I just want to talk" he said, his accent came through slightly but I haven't had much experience with people so I couldn't place where it was from. I gave a small nod and blushed slightly. "Did you sleep well?" He said in his charming voice. I looked up at him and replied "yes, Thank you" I said in a small voice and before I could think about what I was saying I had blurted out "it's much better than sleeping in the forest." We both started laughing but mine was a more awkward one. A few seconds later we stopped laughing and just sat there with big smiles on our faces. I could tell he was using his power to make me feel better, and it worked. Once there were was no awkwardness left in the room my face went back to normal and so did his, 'why was he smiling like that' I thought.

"I couldn't help but feel your emotions from down stairs, that's why I came to

see you." He said looking at me with a little crooked smile. I couldn't help but smile back. "I could feel you being happy but the next minute it was like you were in pain." He said questioningly. I nodded and I knew he wanted an explanation.

"You see, I was thinking about what an amazing family you all are, and how lucky I am to be apart of it-" I chimed, he nodded and I carried on "-and then I thought about losing one of you, I couldn't bare it" I said with a grimace on my face. And once again without thinking I blurted out "even you Jasper" I quickly added on the end hoping I hadn't offended him "what I mean is we're not that close but losing you would impact me in the same way as if I lost Esme or Alice" at my last word we both winced slightly.

"I know what you mean Ahria, and don't feel like you can't talk to me, because I feel exactly the same. This family would be torn apart without you." He said looking straight at me, I nodded and we both smiled. "Anyway, there was another reason I came up to see you" he said with a huge grin on his face. "Alice might kill me for getting to you first though." I looked at him with confusion in my face again. He smiled and said "time to get up for school little sis" and winked at me. We both chuckled, suddenly we heard what sounded like a stampede of bulls heading for my door. "Brace yourself" he said laughing. In the next second Alice charged at the door swining it open looking really annoyed. She had her eyes on Jasper.
