Chapter 30- Friends

Ahrianna's POV.

"Ahrianna" I replied taking Seth's hand and shaking it, not realising I was squeezing so hard, Seth winced slightly and I quickly dropped his hand. "I'm so sorry" I said towards him while he cradled his hand.

He tried to hide a small chuckle, "wow, you really are the strong one" he said in a amused tone, that's when he turned to face Emmett and winked at him. This made Emmett get annoyed and he crouched down into an attack position ready to pounce on Seth.

"I can still take you" Emmett growled jokingly to Seth with a menacing smile on his face, Seth matched Em's stance and said "in your dreams". At this point I could Rose was getting bored so she moved so she was stood in-between them.

"One-" she said towards Seth "-vampires don't dream." And then she turned to face her husband "and two- Ahria could take both of you blindfolded. So leave it." She stated and turned to face me.

I could feel my face was full of confusion, 'who was this Seth bloke and why was he here? Why does he know about vampires?' I questioned in my mind. Rosalie was the one who answered my non-existent questions.

"Seth is a werewolf, just like Jacob" she smiled at as she guided me over to a couch and sat down next to me "he has come to visit for the holidays, but we thought it would be better if he came earlier than the rest so you can get used to having more dogs around the house" she smiled wickedly as she looked at Jacob. I looked at her and nodded before I realised what she had said.

"The rest?" I questioned looking at Seth and Jacob.

Seth answered my question "yeah! Some of the pack are coming up in a few days" he said excitedly and then he added "and Sue and Charlie are coming up for Christmas Day".

As Seth mentioned how many people would coming to visit my heart began to speed up, hundreds of questions and thoughts raced through my mind.

"Ahria, you okay?" Jasper questioned from across the room. He was obviously reading my emotions, I looked at him in the eye and nodded "yeah, just a lot to take in." I said, then I dropped his gaze. Rosalie who was still sat beside me put her arms around my shoulders and pulled in into her for a hug.

"You will be fine" she said as she stroked my hair soothingly.

"Yeah! They'll all love you Ahria" Seth said as he sat on the other side of me on the couch. "Well except Leah, but she doesn't like anyone, s'all good" he said as he elbowed me to make me laugh. I sat up and smiled at him, the rest of my family members got on with other things around the house as me and Seth got to know each other.

Three hours had passed since I had met Seth, but I felt like I had known him for years. I was sat on the couch in the living room with Nick and Seth sat either side of me, Ness and Jacob were sat on the other couch joining in the conversation. Jacob was telling us about how many times he had beaten Seth in fights and he couldn't stop laughing which made everyone laugh.

"That's not how it went!" Exclaimed Seth as Jacob finished another story, "I'm pretty sure you cheated, I was already on the floor when you pinned me!" Seth carried on, Jacob was point blankly denying what Seth was saying about him cheating.

"No way! I got you to the floor and pinned you within seconds" Jacob defended. A few minutes passed, I could see Ness was getting bored of this argument so I had an idea. Lowering my shield slightly my mind was flooded with thoughts which caused my head to hurt but I quickly focused on Seth and Jacob and then they were the only thoughts I could hear. After hearing want I needed I placed my shield back into place and held up one finger signalling for them both to be quiet, which they did.
