Nadine's POV

I can't believe I actually agreed with Denrick, like this is pure bullshit. Paulit-ulit kung iniisip kung bakit at paano. My brother is so sly and wicked. Kung pwede ko lang bawiin yung mga sinabi ko.

I'm on my way to Reid Valdenton Company. Pero hindi ko parin lubos maproseso kung bakit ako pumayag ng ganun lang. Did my brother trigger something in me? I think so. I was always competitive as a child. And the look he was giving me that time was just tempting. It was like his actually judging for no apparent reason and it pissed me.

I park my car and walk to the entrance when a guard stopped me.

"Miss ano pong sadya niyo?" He was asking politely. No need to give him nasty looks which mirrors what I am feeling right now.

"I'm a new employee." I really don't have time to stay with Manong, I'm so getting late. And to think it's my first day.

"Hindi po pwede. Kailangan niyo po ng I.D" Bakit kailangan ng company na ito ng ID? Anong klaseng company to? Eskwelahan? *sarcasm*

"Give me a minute." Hinanap ko yung ID ko kaso wala. Just great Nadz.

"Manong... I forgot my ID. Can I show it to you, tomorrow?" Pumayag kana Manong. Late na ako. I might be kicked out from my first day. And what a responsible human you are Nadz.

"Hindi nga pwede Miss. Kailangan niyo po talaga ng I.D" How did I actually end up forgetting about that ID? Ugh! I was so pre-occupied about being in this company that I didn't think about such details.

"Can't you just let me in? Just for today? Hmm Manong? " I'm already 10 minutes late. Crap.

"Di talaga pwede. Balik kanalang pag may ID kana." I'll be dead then Manong.

"I really need to go Manong. Late na po ako. Or maybe you can call my friend, he works here."

I'm talking about Vince. He is Vincente Villanueva, you can say that he is my other half. We've been together like forever. We grew up together. He works under RVC. Hindi ko nga rin alam kung bakit dito siya nagwork and not in our company or in their company. Now I'm missing that jerk. It's been quite a while since the last time we saw each other.

We're kind of together but not that together romantically. We're like siblings. But most of the time, people confuse us as a couple which we got used to.

"Just this once Manong." I was a bit desperate so kumapit na ako sa manggas ng damit ni Kuyang Guard. I can't let my brother win this time.

"Miss bumalik kanalang kase bukas. Alis na" Manong pushed me and I lost my balance. I was wearing 4 inch heels for heaven's sake.

I was waiting for the impact and pain.

Huh? Bakit hindi ata ako bumagsak? I opened my eyes and I was welcomed by a Greek God looking human. Hala! Patay naba ako? Did I already reach heaven? What a beautiful man. His eyes look so captivating and alluring.

I was about to get up from this man's hold when he drop me.

"Owwwwww" Gwapo nga suplado naman. A man really can't have everything. This guy might be good looking but he's hella rude.

He stared at me as I fixed myself. What a gentleman *sarcasm*.

"Let her in. If she does something stupid, kick her out." Tumango lang yung guard. Pagkatapos niyang sabihin yun umalis na siya. "Asshole" bulong ko. Baka marinig niya pa ako. Bago siya pumasok ng tuluyan he gave me a glance. I just raised my brow at him.
