6. Rainbow Bar and Grill

Y/Ns POV

You woke up on the couch, you probably fell asleep there and Nikki didn't feel like waking you up to take you to his bed. You got up and went into Nikki's room to find him lying in his bed asleep, you looked over and saw your notebook on his pillow, do you think he read it, you thought to yourself.
You grabbed the notebook, shoved it away and crawled into bed with him, he heard the sheets rustle and pulled you into a cuddle, he whispered into your ear "Good morning", hearing his voice made you tingle.
"I read your poem" Nikki says
of course he did
"Why noo" you whined
"I really liked it, you should write songs" He said
"I don't know" you said
"Ok well just think about it, and keep writing so I can read it" He said with a smile
"Whatever" you laughed

You took a shower before work hoping Nikki would join you but he didn't, you also planned on asking for a raise since you work really hard and are underappreciated. Your boss was an old guy who was nice but can also be grumpy and old fashioned, so you're hoping for the best. You walked into the store and said hi to Amber on the way to his office, you reached his office.                                                      "Hey could I talk to you for a moment?" you asked      "Yeah, sit down sweetheart" He replied, ugh why'd he have to call you sweetheart                            "So I was wondering if I could get a bit of an hourly pay raise or maybe a promotion to a sales associate, I know it's a lot to ask, but I'm never late and I always do my best here." you asked         
" Well I don't know, you seem to be doing well with where you're at, and we just don't simply have enough money in the budget, I'm sorry y/n" He replied                       
"Are you serious, Jeremy (a sales associate) got a raise last week and he never sells anything" you replied trying not to sound angry                                  "Keep your nose out of other peoples business, and watch your tone, maybe I should fire you and hire someone who knows their place" He replied            "No your'e right, I was out of line, ill get back to working, sorry" I replied in a dule tone, you wanted to quit, though you needed the money and didn't feel like finding a new job.

After you got off work you immediately went for a drink, you walked into the bar and took a couple shots, you weren't drunk but after a beer or two you felt a bit tipsy, you talked with some girl about your shitty day,
"You could strip ya know" she stated
"Really I never thought about it" you replied
"Yeah you make good money and theres rule and shit, like no one can touch you and we have people who run security, it's a good gig." she said
"Wow that's sound pretty nice" you said
"Well here's my number if you have anymore questions or want a job" she said walking away
She made stripping sound like a pretty good job but you weren't sure about it, you then decided to leave to see what the guys were up to.

When you got inside the apartment you found a note on the kitchen counter "Were at the rainbow bar and grill, see you when we get home."
You were really done with the day and you probably should've went to bed but decided to go see the guys.
You walked into the bar and spotted Tommy, Vince, and Mick sitting at a round table, you walked over to them and sat down.
"Where's Nikki" you asked
"Oh he's in the bathroom, should be back soon" Tommy said with a nervous look on his face.

It had been a couple minutes and you were kinda confused on why he wasn't out yet, you then looked over and saw him walk out of the bathroom with some blonde bitch hanging off him.

You couldn't believe it but at the same time you could, you couldn't believe that you never thought something like this would happen.
You stood up and he met your eyes
"Oh who is this?" you said with an angry look on your face
"Mandy" Nikki said
"What the hell were you doing with her?" you asked
"What it's not like we're dating or something" he replied
"He's not just yours" the girl said with a smirk on her face
God you wanted to hit her, Nikki let go of her and sent her away, this didn't make you feel better.
"Oh cool, well I'll see you guys back at the apartment" you said in a shaky voice
"y/n wait" Nikki said to you as you ran out of the bar
"Shit" Nikki mumbled

You had just moved in with Nikki and then he goes and fucks everything up, you live was starting to feel like a mess

Nikki's POV
I can't believe my high ass just fucked everything up, she was beautiful and actually liked me more than just a quick fuck. I just can't do commitment i've seen what it can do to people and families when it's broken.
"Should I go after her" I asked the guys
"No man just let her be" Tommy replied
"Your dumb for that Nikki" Mick stated
"Thanks Mick" I replied
"Can I screw her now?" Vince said with a smile
"Fuck off" I said hitting him in the shoulder

Y/Ns POV
You unlocked the door, threw your bag on the floor and flung yourself on the couch, you didn't feel like crying in the bed since it smelt like Nikki. You were sobbing but wish you weren't, Nikki is such an asshole he made it seem like he wanted you and then fucked you over, you had no place of your own to run to. Your job was shit, you had no permanent place to live and the one thing you just started to care about screwed everything up.
After crying for a bit you became exhausted and fell asleep.
