25. Family Reunion

Y/Ns POV

You were arriving in Salt Lake City, this made you nervous. You've never really told anyone where you were from, you've told Nikki once before but you doubt he remembers.
You're from a suburb city called Orem, its not that far from the city but it's far enough. You haven't talked to anyone in your family for years, your relationship with your mom was ruined which meant there was no way she would allow you to see your siblings.
There wasn't anything you could do, you try not to think about your family too often. You were hoping you didn't run into anyone you knew, the chances were small but it still gave you anxiety.

You were sitting in the main area of the bus smoking a cigarette,
"Are you okay?" Tommy asked
"No" you replied
"Why whats up?" he said
"Uhh.. Im from Salt Lake and I don't want to run into anyone especially my family" you said
"Oh shit I never knew that" he said
"Well its not like it's something to flaunt" you said
"You won't see anyone we'll only be at the arena and possibly a bar" he said
"Yeah I guess you're right" you replied

Nikki crawled out of his bunk and sat next to you
"You're from here right?" he asked
"Yeah, surprised you remembered" you replied
"You really do underestimate me" he said
"No.." you said with a smile and then gave him a kiss

Later once you got to the venue they asked if you would help out at the front ticket booth since they were short staffed and everyone else was busy, you said yes even though you didn't feel like checking tickets for an hour.

"Your good to go" you said to a kid and motioned him to where the doors inside were.
The next person walked up to you, you looked up and couldn't believe your eyes, it was your younger sister Dani, you hadn't even thought about the fact that she'd be in college by now.
"Holy shit Danielle" you said
"Omg y/n, wait how are you here"
"Hold on" you said
"I gotta go, can you handle the rest of these people"
you asked the other ticket guy
"Not really" he said
"Well sorry" you said as you got up and whisked your sister away

You gave her a long hug
"I've missed you so much Dani, Im sorry there was no way to get through to you without mom knowing." you said
"Its fine, Im just glad I'm seeing you now, but what are you doing here I thought you lived in la?" she asked
"Well I don't really know how to explain this, so basically I'm dating Nikki Sixx." you said
"What!" she replied
"Do you ever pick up a magazine?" you asked her with a smile
"Not really" she said
"There's so much I want to tell you, do you want to hangout after the concert, I can get you backstage"
you said
"Omg yes that would be awesome" she said
"Okay see ya later, have fun" you said and walked away

After they finished playing security brought Dani backstage
"Who's that" Vince asked
"Well, this is my little sister, Dani"
"Oh shit, hey" Tommy said
"Hey, cool to meet ya" Nikki said
"This is so weird, my sister, on tour with Mötley Crüe" Dani said
"Yeah kinda" you replied

You and Dani went and hung out in a different room.
"So your going to the University of Utah?" you asked
"Yeah it's actually not bad, I mean its better than living at home" she said
"Yeah anything's better than living at home" you said
"Okay so tell me everything, and I want details?" she asked you
"Alright well I met him in the music store I was working at, I fell and he helped me up" you said
"That's not cheesy" she said in a sarcastic tone
"Leave me alone it was cute, ok anyways and then he invited me to his show and then things just progressed, we've had some fights and breaks but what relationship doesn't" you said
"Is he good in bed?" she asked
"What do you think" you replied
She laughed

It was really good to see your sister
"Oh yeah I also work at rolling stone magazine I'm a writer." you said
"I had no idea you wrote" she said
"Yeah I kinda figured out that I liked it a couple years ago"
"Your so old" she said
"Fuck you I'm only 22" you said
You both laughed

You guys then went and hung out with the boys,
a couple hours later it was getting pretty late and Dani had to go, you said goodbye and gave her your phone number for when you were back in LA.

When you, Vince, and Nikki were walking to the bus Vince said
"Your sister kinda hot"
"Fuck off" you said
"Just saying"

You and Nikki were sitting in the back of the bus,
"Are you okay, you didn't really talk much tonight?" you asked
"Yeah I'm fine" he said in a defensive tone
"Alright I was just asking calm down" you said
"Well your always trying to take care of me I'm not a fucking baby" he said
"Sorry I care about you" you said
"Yeah" he scoffed
"You'd be more of a mess if I didn't help you" you replied
"OKAY so let me be a mess, I don't want your help, I don't need it" he said
"FINE do what you want, I'm going to bed" you said

You went into the bathroom and shut the door,
you started scratching at your thighs and you then realized your fingers had blood on them, your mind was running all over the place, you were thinking about your family and Nikki and how it feels like no one really cares about you, maybe tomorrow you'll call Carrie. You cleaned your self up and went to bed.
