Tony went over to his kitchen area and poured himself a drink while glancing at the young man. He still had his hands in his pockets and simply looked around with mild curiosity.
"So." Tony starts. He takes a sip of his beverage which Percy could tell was alcoholic. Perks of heightened senses.
"You can prove you were that overgrown pooch?"
Percy narrows his eyes before releasing a sigh. He knew his type. Like Leo, he's a comedic relief. "No violence?"
"As long as I don't have to." Tony took another sip of his drink as he waited. In a matter of seconds the mysterious young man transformed into the beast from the park.
Tony was extremely glad he had high ceilings and a large space. The wolf would have broken many things including the ceiling.
The genius hero was brought back to reality after his glass shattered on the floor. His initial shock was removed and questions shot off in his brain.
Percy soon turned back knowing the mortal man would have much to ask. "First question, go."
"How?" Tony went around to stand before Percy. He looked him up and down as if he were a figment of his imagination.
"What do you know about myths? Greek myths specifically." Percy asks.
"The basics. Dear old dad made sure I absorbed as much as I could. What do greek myths have to do with you?"
Percy thought for a moment. Revealing the existence of the gods was practically taboo. Only demigods and mortals who could naturally see through the mist were permitted to know the bare minimum.
When Percy was at the park and used the mist to reveal himself, his fatal flaw attacked him. Now he knew for sure that telling this man would hurt him again. What choice did he have? He needs the world to change, the gods to change. Percy was tired of demigods being thrown into wars to save the gods' sorry behinds.
"There are more like you right?" Percy asks knowing the existence of the Avengers.
"Why are you asking?"
"Because if your in charge then I need all of you to help with something." Percy's tone grew serious but his eyes showed worry.
"Technically speaking, Fury is the one in charge. The whole Avengers thing was his idead, his plan."
"Then we need to go see him. Now."
Seeing the serious look in the young man's face made Tony hesitate a bit. "What about the greek myths?"
"If we can talk to this Fury guy I swear on the styx I will answer your questions to the best of my ability." Thunder boomed outside.
Tony glanced outside expecting a storm to happen but saw clear skies in the bright day light. "Jarvis. Is there supposed to be a storm today?"
"No sir. My readings indicate no storms to appear this week at all."
With a quick spin to look at Percy, Tony came to his decision. This guy was definitely different. "We need to see Fury. You might be just like someone Fury knows of." Tony walks to his elevator and pushes the button to go down.
"Like who? You know someone else like me?"
"You might be able to see if we go." Was all he said.
The two men went down to Tony's basement floor where rows of expensive and fast looking cars lined up. Tony picked a sick looking 2-door charcoal grey car with a symbol Percy recognized. A silver trident placed on the front of the car.
