Chapter 21

Aenthahista's POV

First day of training feels like hell, as usual sumusunod ako sa order ng council, hahayaan ko na murahin at sigawan ako, fuck kung pwede lang susunugin ko 'tong council office punyeta. I sat down at my office and open my laptop "How's life in the academy?" I asked "Oyyyyy miss mo na 'ko noh? Okay lang naman, but somehow it feels weird without you throwing tantrums and being a bitch" he laughed, I rolled my eyes "I'm not asking about you, Idiot. I'm asking about Astraea, Zeph and Serreia, how are they?" Then his smile faded, it had me worry.

"Why not ask them yourself? I mean, bakit kailangan sa akin mo itanong?" It was somehow my routine ever since I stayed here, calling Daniel and ask him if the idiots are still alive. I sighed and smiled sadly "I wish I had the courage to, oh and Daniel?" he hummed in response "Can you watch them for me? Update me if something happened, and I'll leave immediately" he just smiled and nodded "Thank you, I really appreciate it" I genuinely smiled, he return it to me and winked "What a flirt" I said and rolled my eyes, but he just fucking chuckled.

"I need to go, take care" I winked at him, he held his chest dramatically that made me chuckled. I ended the call and arrange the fucking papers on my desk. I'm currently separating the worker's files to other documents when someone entered my office "You and that student huh?" fuck, I looked up and saw Imogen raising a brow at me "I need to go, take care blah blah blah" she imitate my wink and rolled her eyes "We were joking" I defensively said and smiled awkwardly, it's true though, we were joking...right?"

"Dude, why so defensive? Napaghahalataan ka" Daniel winking and flirting is fun to see, but Imogen speaking in tagalog is in a whole another level of cuteness and attractiveness. Why am I comparing those two anyway? I just stared at Imo until she look at me, and when she did, I smile apologetically. She just rolled her eyes at me, as I expected anyway. 

'Daniellaaa!'my gaze went to my screen when I heard someone from the other line.'Gotta go the dragon's here!'sabi niya at pinatay na ang call.I was left dumbfounded.Dragon?Sino?

'Don't be too sad that he's gone.Maestro veut vous voir.'(Maestro wants to see you.)she said and left me behind. Agad ko naman siyang sinundan at inakbayan. Tinawanan niya lang ako at inilingan. We parted ways since im on my way to Maestro's office. He's our professor.I hate him.

It's already fucking afternoon, but I still haven't had my lunch "Have you already finished signing the documents? We need it in the meeting" that's the fucking reason "Let me remind you, Reignclaire. You need MY signature in YOUR documents, so can you just effin' wait?" I tried my best not to curse, so I just glared at her. She's standing right in front of my table, waiting for me to finish signing "Are you done?" I sighed and looked up to her "Calm down, woman. You dropped 12,354 documents on my table, and you expect me to finish it in 10 minutes?!" This time I shouted at her, people in the council call me 'rude' and 'disrespectful' but actually Vywhon Xheih Reignclaire is my frenemy.

"The meeting will start any minute, Rednight. Do me a favor and finish signing the documents" She looked like she was about to cry, I just laughed but double my speed signing the papers. I finished signing the damn papers and handed it to Xheih, she just smiled and left. Now I don't fucking feel the damn hunger anymore, I feel tired. Yumuko muna ako sa desk at balak umidlip nang biglang lumiwanag yung screen ng laptop at pag-tingin ko, sya yung bumugad sa akin.

"You look like shit" gandang bungad langhiya.

"Feel like one too, so what's up?" He smiled and fixes his tie "I was assigned to accompany someone from Conseil Royal (Royal Council) which is your office, I just called to inform you that you don't need to miss me anymore" he winked and laughed when he saw me rolled my eyes "Wait, did you say Conseil Royal?!" I frowned.

"Yup, want me to repeat it, kitty?" I just rolled my eyes at him "No need to say it twice, idiot" he just pouted and look at me with his puppy eyes "Aren't you excited?" he cutely said "Who will take care of Astraea, Zeph and Serreia when you're here?" he immediately lose his cute expression and cute voice "Is that so? Don't worry, I'll just decline the offer later. I'll take care of them for you" he smiled, not genuine smile he used to wear.

"Why the sad face, mon bel homme?" ( my handsome man ) I asked, the last words slipped out of my mouth. His sad expression changed to confusion "What did you call me?" I can't look at his eyes "What did I call you?" I asked back, he chuckled and looked directly into my eyes "Tu devrais toujours m'appeler ton bel homme" ( You should always call me your handsome man ) He chuckled "When the hell did you learn french?" I half-shouted half-whisper, he smiled "Il y a beaucoup plus de choses que je peux faire pour toi" ( There are many more things I can do for you ) He winked like he always does, he indirectly told me that he learned french for me...right?

"Stop flirting, dumbass. You're a smart, decent hoe." I told him but he just laughed at me, like he was to my words "You flirt back sometimes though, but seriously don't get my hopes up" he smiled and now it's genuine "Mr. Antonio, in the office now!" He looked back and then faced my direction again "Bye, I'll call you when I'm available" he blows a kiss and winked, then he ended the call. After then, my co-workers started running "MS. REDNIGHT, TO THE TYRANT'S OFFICE, NOW!" I stood up and started running, until I reached the office and saw my father.

"Pére, qu'est-ce que tu fais ici?" ( Father, what are you doing here? ) he sighed and answered "On vous ordonne de servir le conseil jusqu'à votre mort, ce n'était pas une demande" ( You are ordered to serve the council until your death, it was not a request ) That's when I fucking lose my patience, that's fucking it!
