PARS Academy:Sudden Turn

Chapter 1

Zephyrine's POV

I was standing in front of the stage waiting for the announcement to be made. I once again checked my wristwatch. They're five minutes late. I carefully looked around me and saw a huge space between me and the other students not until someone bumped into me. She didn't even say sorry. But I understood maybe she's just you know, I don't know.

'Ang init naman! Ang tagal!' agad naman akong napatingin sa kaliwa ko. She's a little bit taller than me. She has red wavy hair. She glanced at me before looking away. These people are really weird and somewhat interesting.

'Hi!'

'Uhmm, I said Hi?' I looked at the person in front of me. She's kind of tall but not taller than me. Her hair is black and shoulder length, I assume. She smiled at me at waved her hand. I smiled at her and nod my head. She's a little FC pero, it's ok it's not that big of a problem.

 I kind of like her though. She seems nice. It wouldn't hurt to have a friend. ' I'm Serreia Atre but you can call me Serreia.'

'Hi I'm Źephyrine Victorious Whiteloques, you can call me Zeph. It is nice to meet you.' I said smiling and offering my hand, she immediately took it and we shook hands.

'Good day everyone, I'm so sorry for the delay but I would like to welcome you all to the beginning of the semester, the beginning of new journey's for each one of us. Your schedule will be on your pin. Enjoy your stay and welcome to PARS Academy!' we all parted ways after the announcement. I'm still with Serreia but sadly we're not roomates. For the first time in my life, I'm sharing a room with a COMPLETE STRANGER.

I'm not used to this kind of scenario. My family, well, had always been--let's put it in this way, you know when you fulfill their wishes and have a reward? It's always like that.

They'll expect. So I can't be a disappointment for them. Thus I do my best to have the somewhat "perfect" scenes even though I just want them proud.

I bid goodbye to Serreia and went to my dorm room or should I say our dorm room? I'm not sure, but I do hope that we'll get along.

The first thing that I did is to arrange my things in the closet given to us; So I assume that we're also sharing the same closet cause I don't recognize a few  of stuff that is in here. Napadala na ang ibang mga gamit namin dito, It's less hassle narin since we cannot go outside school premises. Which I think is good.

Kinuha ko ang pin ko sa box na lumitaw sa harap namin kanina. I quite like it. It's a little over the top but it's still cute. The pin has a crescent symbol, with an owl, and has a chain connected to the star...it looks very classy, elegant for class C I must say.

I decided to take a nap since I'm free the whole day. Bukas pa ang simula ng mga klase. It doesn't excite me at all. But what can I do? I must do it, not just for me--it is important for my family.

I woke up exactly 12 pm. Nagugutom narin ako kaya pupunta na ako ng cafeteria. If I remember it right ,sabay sabay ang mga estudyante sa pagkain. When I entered the cafeteria everybody took a glance at me....Which is weird.

I didn't mind them and went straight to an empty table. There are a lot of students already. But ever since I arrived nabawasan ang ingay, or am I hallucinating? Whatever.

What happened? Is there something wrong with my clothes? Or am I the problem?

Agad ko namang binura sa isipan ang iba't-ibang di mahalagang thoughts.
Nag-order nalang ako ng kakainin ko and, obviously kumain na ako afterwards.

'Hey! Wassup!' napatingin naman ako kay Serreia, I plastered a smile.

She's eating a lot really, Wala pa atang kalahati ang kinain ko sa kinakain niya. Did she starve?

I didn't mind her and continued eating silently.
