"What shall I wear? Should I wear this dress or this churidaar?" Prachi was standing in front of her closet holding four dresses in her hand. "I think this is better. What is your opinion?" she cast a questioning glance at Shahana who was busy munching chips.

"Wear anything you want. We are not going to anyone's wedding." she replied nonchalantly.

"O come on, you are the one who is interested in fashion. Don't you want me to look good when I meet Aarav?"

"I would have gladly dressed you up if it was Ranbir instead of Aarav."

Prachi rolled her eyes as she knew that Shahana hated Aarav as a cat hates a mouse. Finally she selected a dress and got ready.

Soon they were standing in front of café Valentina.

"Good evening sweetie." Aarav greeted her as soon as he saw Prachi.

"Good evening Aarav. How are you?" Prachi greeted back with a smile.

"Till now I was well, but suddenly I feel like I'm going to have a heart attack."

"What! You are not feeling well? We should immediately consult the doctor." Prachi got concerned.

"The doctor won't be able to do anything?" Aarav replied.

Prachi looked at him totally confused.

"You are looking so beautiful today that my heart can't tolerate it." Aarav continued dramatically, placing a hand on his chest.

Prachi blushed a deep shade of crimson.

"Shall we go in now?" Aarav forwarded his hand and Prachi accepted it.

-----

"Where are you going?" Ranbir asked Aryan who was getting ready.

"To that place mentioned in the message."

"I will also accompany you. I may also find something about this Aarav plan and warn Prachi." Ranbir said.

"The whole thing is very confusing to me. Hope everything gets cleared today." Aryan said.

"Yes. I have to collect evidence against Aarav as soon as possible before he lures Prachi into his trap."

"It's already 5:30pm. We should leave immediately."

They also left for the café

-----

"Why are we sitting so far apart?" Shahana asked irritated as she was not satisfied with the sitting arrangement.

Prachi and Aarav were seated in a table which was distant from the one in which she was stuck with Vicky.

"Because the other tables are full. Aren't you happy dear that we got to spend sometime alone?" Vicky replied.

Shahana ignored his remark and craned her neck to see Prachi and Aarav giggling.

"Oh god Aarav! You are so funny." Prachi said laughing merrily.

"Thank you Prachi." he said suddenly.

"Why?" she asked.

"For giving the precious time of such a beautiful lady to me." he said in his sugary tone.

"It's nothing as such. Even you are so handsome." Prachi said shyly.

"Don't fake praise me."

"It's not fake. Any girl would be glad to be friends with you." she said.

He was about to give a cheesy reply, when he saw a car stopping before the café. He immediately recognized it and turned their conversation to a friendly direction.

-----

Ranbir and Aryan reached their destination. They were standing in front of café Valentina, their eyes searching for Prachi and Shahana respectively.

Suddenly, Ranbir's eyes caught the sight of Prachi and he went towards that direction. He positioned himself in such a way that they could not see him, but he could see and hear everything clearly.

Unknown to him, Aarav was already aware of his presence but surprisingly, he didn't do or say anything that would make Ranbir jealous or think that Prachi liked Aarav.

Seeing this, Ranbir got relieved.

On the other hand, Aryan finally found Shahana sitting at a table. What came to him as a shock was that she was not alone!

Vicky was with her.

"She is here with Vicky? Why? She refused me saying that she has some work. So, why is she here?" Aryan thought.

The next thing he saw confirmed his worst fears.

Vicky has holding Shahana's hands in his and they were looking at each other without blinking.

"What is happening? No! This can't be true! Shahana can't be in love with him......" Aryan was in a dazed state.

Then the scene at the college canteen came to his mind. The more he thought about it, the more sure he was that Shahana was in love with Vicky.

A hand on his shoulder broke his train of thoughts and brought him to reality.

"They have left, we should go too." Ranbir said.

Aryan nodded and they got into the car.

"What happened? Why are you so worried?" Ranbir asked seeing his brother quiet.

Aryan narrated the entire incident to Ranbir. "Did you witness anything similar with Prachi and Aarav?" he asked.

"No. Thanks God. They are still only  friends. This means I have time to save Prachi." Ranbir said a bit relieved.

"Hmm.... So, basically Shahana has fallen for Vicky and Aarav is using them as a decoy to meet Prachi." Aryan said sadly.

"Don't worry bro. I will help you. Our first mission will be to gather evidence against Vicky and then Aarav." Ranbir tried to console Aryan.

"Yes!" he said hopefully.

-----

"Why didn't you flirt with Prachi in front of Ranbir?" Vicky asked Aarav now that they were in their home.

"Think...... If you were Ranbir, what would have been your reaction?" Aarav asked with a smirk.

"Umm....I would have been happy and relaxed."

"Exactly! That's what I want him to be."

"But why? I thought you wanted to trouble him." Vicky was confused.

"You didn't understand? Let me explain. Now Ranbir thinks that Prachi considers me only as a friend. He will be off his guard and it will be easier for me. Moreover, all thanks to you, they will be busy saving that pest Shahana and will try to collect evidence against you......"

"Which is impossible." Vicky completed the sentence. "Wow what a plan!"

"The cherry on the cake will be when Ranbir will get the biggest and the most fatal shock of his life when Prachi will herself say him that she loves me." Aarav said with a wicked smile.

"That would be fun. But do it soon. I can't wait more. That stupid girl is getting on my nerves and it has been a while since I had enjoyed a night with a girl." Vicky said in a disgusting tone.

"Even I can't wait to be with Prachi. Don't worry, we will have them soon. Till then let's enjoy the drinks."
