I have a public service announcement:
I AM IN LOVE WITH COMIC BOOK ZUKO.
thank you for your time.

Zuko walked out of his and Saki's room in search of his girlfriend. He ended up getting completely lost in this air temple - in his defence he'd never actually been inside this temple before. Just outside.

He rounded a corner and saw a familiar brown haired head walking in the opposite direction.
"Hey, Saki!" Zuko called to her.
She turned around, her short hair swinging and flowing majestically around her face and then falling back down to where it was supposed to be. Her look of surprise turned to one of happiness as a smile spread across her features when she realised who was calling to her.

Zuko felt his heart soar at how she looked at him and smiled. She was the most beautiful girl he had ever seen, and he had always known it.
He jogged slightly to catch up to her as she waited and he noticed bags of rice in her arms.

"So what did Katara have to say to you?" She asked him.
"Just said that if I hurt the Avatar she'll kick me out the group - it doesn't really matter because I won't." He told Saki, taking two of the three large rice bags from her arms.

"Zuko, I got it." She laughed, trying to take them back.
"Nuh uh, I got it." Zuko said, holding them tightly as they both continued walking.

"So..." Saki started. Zuko could tell that something was on her mind, and she was close to telling him what it was, so he kept quiet.
"About..us..." She continued, trailing off again.
"Oh, uh, yeah." Zuko swallowed.

"I know we're together and everything, but I was wondering if we're going to tell everyone? Like, everyone in the gaang..." Saki said, looking up at him.
Zuko met her gaze and shrugged.
"I guess, uh...I'm not sure. Whatever you want to do..." He murmured, thinking hard about the situation and what would be best for everyone.

Before he could come to a conclusion, Saki answered for him.
"Maybe...we should just leave it and not point it out but not hide it." Saki suggested.
"Sounds good, I don't think I could keep it a secret." Zuko smiled slightly to himself.
"Why not?" Saki asked him, looking up.
"I could not keep my hands off of you." He smirked down at her as they walked into the main outside area of the temple that the gaang had decided to take over to cook and do basically everything else.

"Well that's good to know." She grinned back at him as they approached a large old cooking pot that that was already half full with boiling water.
Zuko watched as Saki opened her bag of rice and poured it onto the pot. She turned and saw Zuko watching her, and nodded for him to put his bags of rice in too.

He poured them in and then turned back to his beloved girlfriend, smiling at her.
"So what are you making?" He asked her.
"I'm not really sure...I'm just throwing whatever food we have left into a pot. We're kinda low on supplies." She answered, using waterbending to stir the water.

"Can I help? I can't do much, but maybe I can take some of the work off of your shoulders."
"Aw, that's sweet of you, but I've got it under control. However I wouldn't mind the company." Saki asked, looking over her shoulder at his hopeful face.
"That I can assist with." He smiled and pointed a thumb at his chest.

Saki heard the sound of small - but very fast - footsteps approaching, and turned to be hit by a small force that almost made her topple over.
She looked down and saw that The Duke had jumped and collided with her stomach in a huge hug.

"Saki!" He yelled, rubbing his face in her shirt and making her laugh.
"Hello Duke."
"No! It's The Duke." He said, pouting.

Zuko peered over Saki's shoulder at the small boy who seemed to love his girlfriend so much.
