This chapter is gonna be slightly different because it's gonna be (almost) all about Zuko.
This is the beach episode (😼😼🥵).
Oh also, as well as snippets from the gaang.
n e ways, enjoy.

"I'm so excited to spend the weekend on ember island. It's gonna be so great to hang out on the beach and do nothing." Ty Lee said, lifting her arms above her head and stretching.

Azula, Zuko, Ty Lee and Mai were all on a ship that was headed to ember island, where Azula and Zuko spent their childhood holidays.

"Doing nothing is a waste of time. We're being sent away on a forced vacation. I feel like a child." Zuko snapped, clearly unhappy about going to the island that had so many memories. He walked to the edge of the boat and looked down at the water below.

"Lighten up." Azula told her brother, watching him look over the railing.
"So father wants to meet with his advisors alone without anyone else around, don't take it personally."
She rolled her eyes and moved her gaze to the left, looking out into the horizon.

"Doesn't your family have a house on ember island?" Asked Ty Lee, gesturing to where the island was starting to appear.

"We used to come every summer when we were kids." Azula told her.
"That must've been fun." Ty Lee said, picturing the young siblings running around on the beach and toasting marshmallows over a fire.

"That was a long time ago." Zuko said, his tone dark and ominous.

The ship pulled into the dock where two identical old women were waiting for them.
They wore the exact same clothes and exact same, very large, hat.

"Welcome to ember island kids." They both spoke at the same time. It was almost creepy how they could tell what the other was going to say.

The teenagers' gaze drifted to the small house that was behind the ladies and they all frowned slightly.

Inside the house was...nice enough.
Zuko acknowledged all of the weird trinkets and vases that were placed, seemingly at random, around the room.

"It smells like old lady in here." Zuko whispered to his girlfriend, Mai.
"Gee, I wonder why." She retorted sarcastically.

Ty Lee had wondered over to a painting on the wall of two women, back to back and smiling.
"Who are these two people?" She asked, gesturing to the picture.

"Can't you tell?" The women asked at the same time, approaching her.
"It's Lo and Li!" They said, posing in front of the picture just as they did back then.

Zuko covered his mouth with his hand, feeling as though he was about to throw up.

They all inspected their bedrooms, looking at the tacky decor.

"Ooh, I love the sea shell bed spread!" Exclaimed Ty Lee, laying down on it and rolling over.
"Are you serious? It looks like a beach threw up all over it." Mai pointed out, frowning at her positivity.

"We know that you're upset you were forced to come here this weekend, but ember island is a magical place." Lo and Li told them.
"Keep an open mind." One suggested.
"Give it a chance." The other told them.
"And it can help you understand yourselves and each other." They finished at the same time.

"The beach had a special way of smoothing even the most uneven edges." One of the old women told them, picking up a smooth black stone from the table and stroking it with her hand.

The four teenagers looked at them with frowns, and Azula yawned.

Both Lo and Li clapped twice and grabbed their robes, pulling them off and exclaiming, "time to hit the beach!"
