Saki sprinted through the tall and dark trees.
She didn't know what she was looking for, but she knew she needed to find something.
As she ran into a very green clearing she saw a familiar face, looking at her with a shocked expression.
Zuko ran to Saki and wrapped her in a warm embrace.
She could hear his voice in her ear, telling her how he'd missed her, but he didn't seem to be using words. Saki found it strange, but she knew what he was saying.
They broke apart and he swept Saki off her feet. Literally.
He grabbed her legs and pulled them up to his side, then moved his hands up to her waist.
She played with his hair in her hands as he smiled at me.
They both leant in, slowly getting closer and closer. They stopped for a second and looked in each other's eyes. Saki could see his bright amber ones, staring into her own.
At the same time, they both leant forwards as fast as they could, as if desperate for each other.
Just before their lips connected, the ground below them crumbled away and Zuko fell.
He fell further and further down into a black obis.
Even though he was holding Saki, she couldn't fall down. She tried to jump down to get to him, but she couldn't. Stress built inside of her and let out a shout.
With a jolt, Saki sat up.
She looked around to see that she was in a dark cave, along with Appa and Momo. She was laid on Appa's fluffy tail.
Saki rubbed her head.
The dream had seemed so real, she could remember it so well. She could've sworn she felt Zuko's hot breath on her lips.
Her face started to go red and she let out a small squeak, before rolling over and burying her face into Appa's fur and kicking her legs in the air.
What Saki didn't know was, far away, a certain prince was waking up from the exact same dream, thinking the exact same thing.
Saki splashed her face with water , trying to clear her mind. Momo scampered up to her, looking concerned.
Tilting his head, he chattered as if he was asking a question.
"Yeah, I'm good. It was just a dream. Just.....a dream." She shook her head and then petted Momo, making him chatter happily.
Saki decided more sleep was what she needed, and so settled down on Appa's tail again, closing her eyes.
Sleeping was a lot harder this time as her mind was buzzing with thoughts of Zuko.
What was he doing right now?
Sleeping probably. Well whatever it was, she wished she was there too.
Also, why did she dream about them having...such...intimate contact. These were all thoughts that raced around Saki's head.
She heard the noise of a the stone wall moving and quickly sat up to see the gaang running in.
"Sorry to wake you Saki, but we've been found." Said Sokka, jumping on the back of Appa with the others.
Saki joined them too as Toph earthbended a gap for Appa to get out of the cave.
"We're safe Sokka, you can take off the mustache now." Katara told Sokka as they flew through the air.
"Oh, no I can't. It's permanently glued to my skin." Sokka said, grinning.
"Well that was stupid." Saki said.
Sokka glared at Saki and she stuck her tongue out at him.
"Way to go, dancy pants. I think you really did help those kids, you taught them to be free." Toph told Aang.
"I don't know, it was just a dance party, that's all." Aang said shrugging.
"Well, that was some dance party Aang." Katara told Aang, kissing him on the cheek.
"Flamey-o sir, flame-y-o." Said Sokka, nodding at Aang as Saki winked at him.
