**Disclaimer: The POV in this chapter bounces back and forth a lot and time is moving a lil fast😭.**
"Madyson wait!" He yelled following behind me. "No it's okay. You told me that you changed, but I should have known that nothing actually changed about you. You're the same dickhead you used to be. I was stupid enough to think that you actually loved me. I should have listened to my damn gut."
Earlier That Day
**Seven Hours Before The Wedding**~Madyson POV
"I'll be out for a show in Brooklyn this weekend. I'm staying at the Baccarat, room 542. If you want to make something between us come and see me."
"Madyson that is your fourth time listening to that voicemail today. We need to get going if you want to meet with this hair stylist." Tess said taking my phone. "Okay okay. Can I get my phone back."
"No. You can get it after the wedding. Let's go." She grabbed my arm dragging me out the house. I've been getting this weird feeling all day that I can't describe. Like something is about to go wrong. Like this day is going to end badly.
"First stop, hair." Tess said starting the car and pulling off. "You nervous?" Tess asked. She's trying her best to be supportive. I can clearly tell she don't give a damn about Ken, she's only here for me. "A little. My heart has been racing all day." I said. "Well as long as you're ready. You are ready, right?"
"Yeah. Ninety percent." I said making her shake her head. "All these strings I had to pull, you better make it to one hundred."
~Dave POV
"When are you coming to get her?" My baby mom asked as I dropped Kairi off. "When I come back Millie. Spend some damn time with your daughter and stop worrying about me." I said. "Whatever David."
"Bye daddy." Kairi said hugging my legs. I squatted down to her. "You be good. Daddy will be back in a couple days okay?"
"Okay." I stood back up looking Millie up and down. "Put some fucking clothes on when you around my daughter." I said. "She's my damn child too David."
"Well fucking act like it." I walked off getting in my car going back to my house. It was currently nine in the morning and my show was at two. I was opening up for some day party so I would probably be out there for an hour or two. I had a concert tomorrow and another show the next day so this is going to be a busy weekend.
Outside of that, all thats been on my mind is Madyson. I was more so upset now. I felt stupid. I know for a fact she wasn't going to leave that nigga and I was wasting my time on her. I had to move on from her or I'd be walking around miserable forever. I plan to do that this weekend.
My thoughts were interrupted when my phone started ringing. It was my cousin Duke.
"Duke wassup nigga." I said answering the FaceTime call.
"Wassup, I'm outside. Where you at?"
"I'm on my way back to the crib. I should be there in bout fifteen minutes." I said.
"Alright bet." I hung up the phone. Duke was my fucking dawg. He always knew how to get a nigga piped up and thats what I needed. So I flew him out from Cali for the weekend so we can get fucked up.
**
"Dukeeeee." I said getting out the car. "My mutha fuckin nigga. Wassgood with you G." He said dapping me up. "Cooling. How's Cali treating you?" I asked as we both walked in the house. "Like shit. I aint living like this thats for damn sure." He said looking around.
