Chapter 6

Camillas POV

"I can't believe you guys actually kissed!" Lily exclaimed quite loudly. "Shush! I don't really want everyone knowing my love life and where is Sid shouldn't he be here too?" "He's studying with Lu" "Didn't he finish everything with us yesterday" "mhm! I asked him the same and he said that he had some stuff he didn't quite understand and needed Luna's help." "Amm...okay" there was a bit of silence and then we both started laughing knowing that he went only to hang out with Luna and to impress her.

All of a sudden our laughing session was interrupted by a Hufflepuff boy a few years older than me. "Hey, Lily!" the boy said shyly. "Hello there Cedric!" Lily replied in an oddly sweet voice usually when boys talked to her she would mock them or ignore them but not this time. "I just wanted to ask if you have a date for the Yule Ball?" "No" "Then would you like to go with me?" "Of course" "Amm...okay Ill see you soon then" "See you" Once the boy left I broke out laughing Lily nudged me with my elbow with an embarrassed look on her face.

All of a sudden the common room door opened and a smiling Sidney entered. "What you smiling about " I snarked at him. Sidney came and sat down next to us and sighed "I asked her to the ball" "Lu? " Lily snapped out of her thoughts asking. "Who else dumbass" "No need to be mean"

"Has anyone asked you, Cam?" Giovanni said to me during breakfast once everyone was caught up to all of the recent events happening in all of our lives. "No, not yet. What about you, have you asked anyone, or has anyone asked you?" "Yeh, I actually asked Abel Mateo" "Oh the cute Gryffindor?" Lily chimed in on our conversation. "Yup" Giovanni answered her. "You should ask Pansy if she wants to go to the ball with you." Luna joined in. "Maby," I told them and went back to eating seeing as the class is starting soon.

Potions. I hate this class but this year it hasn't been that bad because of someone. Yes, I am talking about Miss Parkinson herself. I enter the classroom with Lily and Sidney and we went to sit down. A bright smile appeared on my face when I saw her. We hugged and while hugging she gave me a kiss on the cheek. Nobody noticed but it gave me butterflies in my stomach. We sat down and the conversation started flowing naturally that's what I loved about her there was always something to talk to her about even the most boring topics could be made interesting if she was talking about them.

The class had ended and Pansy had slid me a note telling me to meet her on the astronomy tower at 8 pm. And before I could ask what she wanted from me she was gone.
