Chapter VI: Picking Up A Piece Of Her

"Dude? Have you see Drianna yet?". Muli kong tanong kay Drake matapos ang kalahating oras.

"Just chill okay? She'll be here in any minute now". Kalmadong sagot niya sa'kin.

I can't help but feel annoyed about it, If I could only just confess my feelings now then I don't have to act paranoid about not seeing her. She doesn't know how much I'm willing to give up everything just to have her, I wanna make her smile and feel happy. I want to give my world to her but I can't do anything right now, now is not a good time for confession.

I have to get better so I can be with Drianna, she's the only reason why I wanted to get even better. Medications can help but sometimes, it doesn't even work on me at all. "Dude? Is that Drianna?". Agad kong nilingon ang direksyon na sinabi ni Takeo pero wala naman doon si Drianna, alam ko kung anong kulay ng damit niya dahil ako mismo ang namili non para sa kaniya.

It says that she failed the test though she holds the highest for the fourth time, she changed now and I'm sure she wouldn't wanna do that bullshit again.

Naupo rin ito malapit sa kaniya, agad akong hinawakan ni Drake at Nial dahil alam nilang maiksi lamang ang pasensya ko pag dating sa mga ganitong bagay. Nang mapansin yon ni Kaiser at ng kambal, agad din silang naki sali para pakalmahin ako at siguraduhing hindi magigising ang demonyong natutulog.

"Holy fu–! Bro, are y'all seeing what I'm seeing? Si Nikolai yon diba? Yung lalaking nasa tabi ni Drianna?". Bahagyang bumulong si Kaizer pero narinig ko siya kaya tiningnan ko ng maayos at tama nga ang sinabi niya.

"Gago ka, ang ingay ng bunganga mo. Kapag etong si Jaester nag amok ngayon? Ikaw ang gagawin namin na pang harapang tutal ikaw naman ang gumising sa demonyong natutulog". Iritadong sagot ni Drake sa kaniya.

"Jaester, just don't mess everything up. Remember, it's Ria's birthday today and you're not allowed to cause trouble okay? Look, they're just casually talking. No harm, he's not making moves towards her". Takeshi uttered. I tried my best to calm down so I just drank the whole bottle of vodka, the best way to deal with my situation is to get drunk and sleep.

"Good evening esteemed guests, thank you for coming to our daughter's fifteenth birthday party and especially to Mr. And Mrs. Dela Cuesta along with my son's best friend Drake and their one and only daughter Drianna. I'm really glad that all of you came to celebrate with us, I hope you all enjoy the rest of the evening!". My mom spoke delightedly. The party is already starting and I'm a bit tipsy now, I'd rather sleep than see her with that bastard.
