Three Days Later Omniscient
Monique hasn't left the hospital ever since that night she found out August was paralyzed. Jaylianna lives with Monique now, and once August gets out of this coma, he's going to live with Monique. Even though he doesn't know it yet.
Mariah and Monasia stopped by the hospital earlier to check on August and Monique. Monique hasn't eaten or slept in 3 days.
Monique was in the room looking at August. She grabbed his hand, and started crying again.
"Hey August, it's Monique again. It's been three days, and I need you to wake up. I know you're strong, and you're going to get through this. Me and Jaylianna need you. August, I can't live without you. I love you so much." Monique sobbed.
"It's going to be okay Monique." A voice said to Monique, and when Monique turned around it was Sherrie.
"...what you doing here?" Monique asked.
"What? I can't see my friend?" Sherrie asked.
"August doesn't have friends boo. Now listen, I don't know what you're doing here but I don't need you here. Now if you're looking f-"
"He doesn't have friends?" Sherrie questioned. "Oh yeah, I'm not his friend. I'm his fuck buddy boo. Get it right."
"Fuck buddy?" Monique questioned.
Just then Ahmad, Anya, Amya, and Monasia walked in the room.
Sherrie looked at them, and she smiled and waved while going to the door.
"You heard me." Sherrie said while leaving the room.
Monique looked at Sherrie as she walked out the room. She wanted to slap her, but she was already gone and she didn't want to get kicked out the hospital.
"What was all that about?" Ahmad asked Monique.
"Nothing." Monique said lowly. She knew that she would see Sherrie one day, so she wasn't even sweating it.
"You sure Monique? She looked like she was causing trouble." Monasia said.
"Positive. How's Jay?" Monique asked.
"Girl, she's just fine. She has very little pain in her leg but you know how Jay is, she don't care about no pain. Yesterday she asked aunt Mariah what happened to her, and she told her and Jay ain't say nothing. She just said "oh okay"." Amya said.
