It's been three days since Ashlyn,Alain,Max and May left Lavaridge City leaving Brendan,Dinah,Malcolm and Zoie to head back to Rustboro City. In those three day May and Max grew excited as it would soon be their eldest sister's birthday.
"Im going to head out and find some fire wood" Ashlyn announced as Lucario and Pikachu joined her
"Be careful" May said before she continued what she was doing
"It looks terrible May!" Max said making Alain look up from his journal
"What are you two up to?" He asked
"Well I'm trying to make Ashlyn a hand made necklace and Max is just bothering me" May huffed in annoyance
"Cause it looks off" Max shot back before they both started glaring at each other
"Alright break it up May just listen to waht Max has to say and Max let your sister be. Why are you making her a bracelet anyway?" He asked slightly confused
"Oh it's nee-chan's birthday in two day, that's why were heading back to Rustboro" Max said before May covered his mouth before looking around
"Not so loud it's supposed to be a surprise remember" May said glaring at Max who looked sheepish
"Sorry" he said before looking at Alain "Grampa has plans for us to travel to Galar where his old friend is a gym leader"
"Alright then" Alain said before picking up Eira and placing her on his shoulder while Zorua took the other shoulder

Upon reaching Rustboro City they all headed to Devon Corp where Devon Stone greeted them all and told them all about his friend named Kabu. Unknown by Ashlyn a huge party was being set up in the Galar region waiting for her. Two days later they were all on a the Devon Corporation's private jet to Galar along with Steven and Winona who always clear up their schedules for Ashlyn's birthday
"Hm?" Ashlyn said when she heard her phone ring
"Happy Birthday day dear" Agatha greeted through Ashlyn's phone
"Thank you grandma" Ashlyn said blushing since it took her a while to realize that today was her birthday
"Don't tell me you forgot again child" the ghost type specialist said chuckling
"Yeah sorry" she said sheepishly before Lorelie and Bruno entered the room carrying presents and a giant cake
"Happy Birthday Snowflake!" Lorelie greeted making Ashlyn smile before Bruno pushed Lorelie to the side

"Happy Birthday!" Gengar said appearing in front of the camera wearing a big purple bow like the one Ashlyn gave him when she played with him long ago
"Thank you so much, I love you guys so much" Ashlyn said her eyes becoming teary "Oh Arceus I still cry even after all these years I still cry on my birthday"
"Hey now no need to cry Princess" A familiar voice said making her open her eyes to see her grandfather Koga who often looked after her when her papa brought her to Fushia and then had an unexpected mission
"Happy Birthday Ashlyn!" Janine greeted smiling
"Thanks Nine" she said before her door opened only for siblings, uncles, aunts and friends to greet her
"Thanks everyone" Ashlyn said smiling "This is going to be an amazing birthday"
