The morning after Ashlyn's birthday Devon had decided to let the kids explore the region more after Kabu offered to introduce Winona, Steven, Volkner and Riley to the other gym leaders and their Champion Leon who were apparently really excited since they don't have a Flying type gym or Electric type gym in Galar
"Do you think we could head back?" Ashlyn asked Alain as she carried Sobble in her arms as Eira rode on Alain's left shoulder
"Why not, it would be nice to see what Kubfu can do" he said before looking at Max and May who decided to try and trick Gary with a Tomato Berry
"Don't you two dare" Ashlyn said making May and Max pout while Gary looked confused as to what happened "You guys wanna join us today?"
"Yeah!" May and Max cheered while Gary nodded smiling
"Looks like Sparky was right you are getting better. I just hope what dad and uncle Red hid from us won't affect you too bad" Gary thought before looking back at Ashlyn scolding May and Max "But knowing You you'd probably just want some answers"
"Gare Bear hurry up!" Ashlyn called out to her brother
"Yeah yeah coming dearest" Gary said before che and his Eevee ran after them

Upon returning to the Master Dojo with their friends ms. Honey explained to Gary, May and Max all about her famous Dynamax soup while Mustard took Ashlyn and Alain aside to tell them how to evolve their Kubfus
"Now then... The first thing for you to do is become best friends with Kubfu! You need to build trust! Kubfu hasn't really had a chance to explore the world outside the dojo, so... Maybe it'll help you become better friends if you let it have a look around!" He said smiling as both Kibfu jumped from joy upon hearing that
"Well it would be amazing to explore this place and maybe we could catch some Pokemon too" Ashlyn said smiling at her Kubfu
"Sounds great" Alain said also smiling but at Ashlyn
"Ah young love" Mustard thought before he saw his latest students out the dojo with their friends

"Wow this place is amazing!" Max exclaimed when he saw the beach
"Oh look at that Wailord!" May squeals also excited
"Think I could catch some cool Pokemon? Baby sis?" Gary asked Ashlyn who pinched him
"I'm sure you can but call me baby sis again and you'll see just how much I can hinder you" Ashlyn said
"Kubfu seems happy though" Alain observers smiling
"Yeah so where should we go first ms. Honey gave us this map so we wouldn't get lost" Ashlyn said before she heard a pokeballs ding
"I caught a weird looking Slowpoke though I could have gramps look at it" Gary said before Ashlyn's Rotom phone flew out of her pocket

When this Pokémon's tail is soaked in water, sweetness seeps from it. Slowpoke uses this trait to lure in and fish up other Pokémon. Although this Pokémon is normally zoned out, its expression abruptly sharpens on occasion. The cause for this seems to lie in Slowpoke's diet because Galarian Slowpoke eat the seeds of a plant that grows only in Galar, their tails have developed a spicy flavor.
