Chapter 29: Unexpected Situation

Maybe because ever since we got here I've done nothing but sit down and watch that I was getting honestly bored at it. But couldn't do much since I also didn't want to go home.

I watch silently as Ah Ram dances and sings, literally having the time of her life. As for me, I was starting to get uncomfortable with the atmosphere and the air. The windows were shut and the room was quite crowded and I felt like my head is about to spin.

"So... What happened between you and Ji Hoo?" I heard Kyung Woo, who had been playing on his phone the whole time ask. Turning my head to face him, I leaned my head on top of the backrest of the sofa.

"You were there when the girls came to talk, weren't you?" I pointed out.

"Yeah..."

"Whatever it is." I sighed not wanting to talk about this anymore. "I don't want to be a reflection of someone else."

"Ah," He turned back and stared ahead before commenting. "It was a good decision. You two don't look good together."

"Thanks?" I laughed slightly.

When it seemed like there wasn't much to be said next, he gave me a soft smile then proceeds to play on his phone.

"Gosh, I'm tired." I turned to look at Ah Ram who also got bored and took her drink.

"Who is it?" She asked when she found out that the bottle was empty.

"Kyung Woo," I informed, ever since Ah Ram was in the middle of her song. Kyung Woo busied himself by playing on his phone and drinking from the drinks that were on the table. I didn't know if it was on purpose or that he was engrossed with his game that he didn't care. He might not know but he also emptied my drink.

"Was that yours?" Kyung Woo chuckled finally putting down his phone. "Sorry."

"You want this one?" He handed her a bottle which turned out to be empty as well.

"I'll go buy you a drink." He said standing up after Ah Ram threatened to punch him. "I can get you anything. Right?"

"Anything?" Ah Ram thought for a bit, she completely doesn't trust him to buy her a drink. "Let's go together." She pulled him by the arm.

"Buy ice cream for me!" Joo Young exclaimed raising his head.

"Shut your mouth." Kyung Woo retorted as they both leave the room.

"Should I name myself 'Shut Your Mouth?'" He asked after Ja Rim whispered something in his ear.

"It suits you well." Min Ji smiled at him.

"Shut your mouth." Joo Young returned her smile. This caused Min Ji to scoff but just then her phone started to ring.

"Hold on it's my mom." She said standing up and leaving the room.

I don't know how many minutes past but the three that left were so slow in coming back. Added to that is the discomfort I'm currently feeling.

"I'm going out." I stood up wanting to get fresh air to which they all nodded. The moment I was at the door, it opened revealing Ah Ram who had her hands at Min Ji. Min Ji had a worried look on her face.

"Why? Where's Kyung Woo?" I asked them as I went out now curious because of the look on Min Ji's face.

"He had to take care of something." I heard Ah Ram reply.

Finally making my to the bathroom, I washed my face before drying it with my handkerchief. For some reason, I remembered something from months ago.
