Two months ago, in Los Angeles, California

"Dr. Kim, how is she?" asked by a middle-aged lady to the doctor who was checking on the unconscious lady.

"She's alright now Nana. Unconscious but her vital signs were now stable. She responded to the medications. And as Andrya has told us, she's been constantly battling with anxiety and she reached her limit which made her unconscious. She's fighting it Nana and she needs to fight for them," Dr. Kim told Nana who was looking at outside the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the hospital. Yanika has been unconscious for two days after her passing out on the hillside the night they found out that the two artists confirmed they were dating.

Alexandrya has to go back to Seoul the morning after for her job so she asked her Nana and her personal doctor to take care of Yanika for the mean time while she's away. Nana went inside the private room to check on her when she saw movement on the lady's body.

She immediately called for assistance while she stayed beside her body in case she needed something and she opens her eyes. "Yanika, it's Nana. Can you hear me?" she asked.

Yanika heard someone but it wasn't clear. When she tried opening her eyes, all she could visualize was all white. She felt so tired even though she was laying down.

Minutes later, the nurse came to check on her vitals.

"Thank God hija. But don't move Nika. You need to rest," Nana told Yanika because she was about to forced herself to get up from tbe bed.

"Nana, I need to go to my work," Yanika argued with her weak voice.

"No. You are still weak hija. You can't go there yet too," Nana explained calmly.

"I need money to survive Nana," again the weak lady argued.

"Hija. Please. Rest for now," Nana pleaded because she doesn't want to scold the sensitive lady. Their personal doctor came back to talk to them.

"Hello Mrs. Yoon," Yanika immediately turned her head towards the door and saw Andrya's personal doctor coming in. Yanika's brow automatically said hello to each other hearing that surname.

Dr. Kim sensed the bitterness on the face of the lady and he also realized that it made Yanika uncomfortable. "Okay Yanika, you have to bed rest for one month and come back for check up the next month. The hold of the babies were really weak but they were trying to hold on for you. You almost had a miscarriage because the baby girl is really weak but her brother was trying to hold and protect her baby sister making a barrier with his own body," Dr. Kim directly told Yanika.

Her eyes widened because of how straightforward the doctor was revealing things her.

"What did you say?" She uttered in shock. "Babies?" "Sister?" "Brother?"

"Yes. You are pregnant with twins Mrs. Yoon and they are trying to hold on their mom as much as they can. I know that it must have been a rough journey for you but if you want them in your life, stay in bed for one month and rest," again the transparency of the doctor on his patience was obvious with every word he throw.
