Jeonghan's POV

Two weeks since our discharge from the military and we decided to already get ready for work because we miss carats already. We told our manager and the company but they refused and instead given us more time to rest. So, one more month before we formally get back to work in which we can't do anything about it.

Waking up with that wall just never fails to make me smile each day. I never expected them to give me that favor and remind about my wife each day. They were really supportive of me and my they know what's best for me. Cheol and Shua already saw it and they didn't say anything bad about it.

I can't help myself and am damned out by that. I am mad for my wife and that's my reality. The only problem now is that I don't know when do I see her and how do I handle the other person.

Speaking of the person I was talking about. It's my mom who's constantly calling me to meet her but I just can't make myself meet her right now. She's not banned in our village but she doesn't know the exact location of our home as per the staff and she's not allowed to see me unless I told the staff to allow her.

I immediately responded my phone which was ringing for a while now. "Mom! I can't meet her yet, please. Just cover for me," I said answering the phone because she had been calling the past week to tell me that Sowon keeps on asking where am I.

"Son, I didn't call about your relationship issues. I wooed your girlfriend and she seems fine when I told her to just wait for your instructions," I heard my mom say calmly.

That's good to hear then.

"Oh," I paused hearing that. "Then what is it, mom?" I continued while I was walking towards the veranda in my robe.

"Jiyeon is traveling tonight to the US for a business meeting. Do you want to see her before her flight?" my mom informed me making my brows furrowed. Jiyeon flying alone to the US?

"I know you are kinda scared for your little sister but she decided to volunteer and go instead of your dad because your dad is a little sick right now, son while I had to cover for your dad in here. It was hard for both me and your dad to cover up and handle all things when Yanika left us," Yanika? Does that mean Yanika had my dad covered for the past years in the business that's why both of my parents have been so relaxed before?
