Yanika went to her office and finish all the things she has to finish that day. Workloads aren't joking this time. Her schedule was fully loaded and her mind is also clouded. She needs something to distract her with the feelings she wasn't supposed to be even felt. She has meetings here and there but she was able to finish it on time taking all her attention to nothing but work. She took off from work to check on her business – the Café Neda which was growing pretty well. While driving to the place, Yanika got a call from her best friend.
"Ye?" she asked upon answering the phone.
"Where you bi-atch?" April asking casually her best friend.
"I am on my way to the café. Main branch. Why?" Yanika responded.
"Okay. I'll visit you then. I am on my way too," April said before ending the call. Yanika already figured out what she was about o hear from April so she readied herself for it.
Just a couple of minutes after driving from her aunt's company, Yanika entered the large building of her growing café. She was greeted by the staff politely. She wasted no time and went to her office and check on the reports of her business. She still finds it amusing because the business is growing really well.
After leaving her things in her office, she went to greet the staff and like her usual self, she helped them. The newer employees find it really amusing that a well-respected CEO who was wearing expensive clothes just wore an apron and began helping her employees.
The success of her café was because of her hard work, her good management, and treatment of her employees, and good customer service. But what she doesn't know, her café became trending because Jeonghan, Seventeen, and some other artists at the café because of the given privacy of the customers entering in. It gave the café a free-of-charge advertisement.
Yanika went to serve the orders of one group when they suddenly asked her, "Are you perhaps a celebrity? Are you doing this for a challenge? But I don't see cameras tho."
Yanika was speechless, obviously flustered but someone spoke on her behalf, "No, she's not. But do you want to scout her?"
Yanika looked at the person who rudely butted. The person gave her a wink and continued to talk, "But just in case you want her, she'll be a little expensive," April told the girls who looks like they were scouting for talents. "She's beautiful and very talented but just sorry because I think she doesn't like being a public figure. She has a bit of trauma so excuse us." April immediately pulled Yanika away from those bunch of girls.
Yanika and April settled at the rooftop area of the café. There was an awful silence between the best of friends. However, this silence was broken by April asking her, "Tell me exactly the reason why you have to drop the case bi-atch."
Yanika already expects the question and she got herself ready for it. "She begged me to at least let her soon-to-be child feel the presence of Jeonghan which doesn't make sense to me," Yanika finally uttered.
"In short, she's threatened that you came back," April concluded.
"But why? We're divorced bi-atch and she would be the first to know if we did divorce and she should be the happiest person. Why get threatened when they are getting married?" Yanika scowled at her friend and took a sip of her fruit tea.
"That's not for me to answer bi-atch. Asked Jeonghan or that crazy bitch who almost harmed the twins," April is indeed mad.
"Never mind about it. The twins are okay and I should stay away from their problems so the twins wouldn't get into trouble again," Yanika sighed after saying that.
