Yanika got herself busy with paper works and the management of the company. She mainly focused on nothing but her purpose on being in Korea. All she knew is that she wasn't there to get attached, she's there for the job.
Monday and Tuesday had passed, Yanika was able to be with her best friends because all the two did was visit her in her aunt's company and her home. April and Andrya had to keep track of Yanika because they knew she's in the worst state right now.
It's not that they don't trust their best friend's capacity to think about what's the right thing to do but they knew that she wasn't fully recovered. Yanika hasn't shown signs of accepting but she showed signs of ignorance of the past. They have never heard of Yanika disclosing her past life with her best friends and they never ask her because of the post-partum depression she had. The reason why they thought that she hasn't moved on yet. All she focused on was the future but never the fact of facing her past which still includes the twins. But when they saw her that day at the meeting, they assumed that somehow, she wanted to clear something from her past. And they hope that so she will get permanent closure and ease of heart when it happens.
Right now, Yanika doesn't have time to play around. She mostly thought of accomplishing her task and get back immediately when her uncle will get will better.
'Good' doesn't pass on her, as much as possible she should always make it 'best' to get the company back on track. She knew that her aunt couldn't concentrate well while taking care of her husband before.
There's not much growth, Yanika said lightly leaning on her executive's chair. She just finished analyzing all of the reports given to her. All she did for the past days were attend meetings and fixing the routines of the company. She had to double-check the statement of financial position of the company, income statement, and all other financial reports. It's already midnight but she's still in the company.
Yanika was supposed to go home by the weekend. She's excited to see her twins and she misses them. She sang good night on the twins at eight a while ago and she knew they are already sleeping. Yanika's thankful for Jiyeon for doing her job, she knows it wasn't easy at all. It's Wednesday and in a minute it will already be Thursday but she isn't done perfecting her plans for the company.
But her silent night was broken when he suddenly got a call.
Jiyeon calling...
"Yes, Jiyeon?" Yanika asked immediately after picking up the phone.
"U-unnie," that was a nervous voice from Jiyeon, and Yanika felt that.
"Your voice is kinda scaring me Jiyeon. Is there anything wrong?" Yanika asked instantly.
"U-unnie. M-Mianhe. I-I got a call from my secretary and there's an emergency. I have to go back tomorrow early to fix it but I will be back as soon as I can, I promise. C-can you..." Jiyeon was scared to tell it which made Yanika laugh a little.
"Aigoo! Jiyeon~ah. You are scared of telling me that?" Yanika calmly asked. "Silly. Just bring the twins with you tomorrow to Seoul and I will pick you up at the airport. You don't have to worry and you don't have to say sorry. Emergencies are emergencies, my dear, it's uncontrollable. Take care of your company, it's important. If you need help, call me immediately," Yanika comforting the nervous Jiyeon. "Get some rest now and I will see you tomorrow. Good night! Love you three," Yanika with excitement in her voice said.
The morning after, Yanika got up early even though she didn't get enough sleep. She prepared herself breakfast and waited for Jiyeon's message again. She already received that they are going out of the house now and will take the flight at 7:00 am. She took a bath after eating and getting ready to head to the airport but then she realizes that she doesn't have the car seats yet.
