Chapter #5

Ananya's room

(When Ananya entered her room through the window she saw Devkiji standing and staring at her.)

Devkiji : I had told you not to go then why you went to Debu's house at this time? (she asked sternly)

Ananya : Mom actually I had went for a walk.

Devkiji : Don't lie Ananya I have seen you jumping from Debu and Vivaan's room.

Ananya : Ok fine I had went to Debu's house but mom I was getting very restless. If anything would have happened to Debu then what would I do? I can't live without him. (she started crying after saying this.)

Devkiji : Why are you crying beta? Has anything happened to Debu? (she asked cupping ananya's face)

Ananya : I was right mom. Debu had been poisoned. (And she narrated the wole incident to her mom still sobbing)

(Hearing this, Devkiji tightly hugged Ananya to console her. After some time she broke the hug.)

Devkiji : It's ok beta. Now stop crying. (she said wiping ananya's tears)

Ananya : But mom seeing Debu unconscious I felt like my whole life had been ended. I was hell scared to lose him. I really love him a lot. At first I didn't like him but I liked Naqabposh. I misunderstood that Ray is Naqabposh and fell in love with him but then Vivaan told me the truth that Debu is only baalveer as well as Naqabposh and also that Ray is a bad person. I thought I only had a crush on Debu but mom today seeing him in that state I realised that I love Debu. Mom he has saved me so many times. He has never held any grudges against me. He has accepted me the way I am. I don't know how and when I fell in love with him but I love him a lot mom.

Devkiji : I knew you liked Naqabposh but I didn't knew that you thought that Ray is Naqabposh. But I am very happy for you that you have found your love. I know that Debu is a good person but does he love you? As far as I have seen he only considers you as a best friend.

Ananya : I don't know mom but sometimes I feel like he has some feelings for me but sometimes I feel like he has no feelings for me. What do I do now mom?

Devkiji : First of all you go to sleep now see how red your eyes and nose have become. We will talk about this later. (Saying this she made Ananya sleep on her lap and started singing a lullaby)

Ananya : Good night mom. (Saying this she went into deep slumber hearing the lullaby)

(After Ananya slept devkiji slightly made her sleep in the bed and went to her room.)

Debu's house

Karuna ji : Vivaan, Debu, Khushi come for breakfast.

Vivaan : Yes maa coming in two minutes.

(Everyone sat down for breakfast)

Karuna ji : What happened Debu? Why your face is looking so dull? Are you not feeling well? (She asked in a worried tone)

Debu : Nothing to worry maa. A little headache. But I have taken the medicine.

Karuna ji : You should have told me na I would have made a decoction(kadha) for you.

Vivaan : Yes maa you are right bhaiya should have told you but now also you can give him the decoction. Right bhaiya? (He said teasingly)

Karuna ji : You are right I will make the decoction for you after breakfast.

Debu : But maa I have taken the medicine it will be alright in sometime.

Karuna ji : Bolo nahin suno. You will have to drink the decoction. (She said with a stern voice.)

Debu : Fine maa. (He said giving an angry glare to Vivaan)

(Everyone started eating their food while Debu was lost in his thoughts.)

Debu's POV
Why was Ananya saying all that things and why was I feeling happy listening to her words. Does she like me? What are you thinking Debu how can she like me? Then why did she said all that? Maybe because she was afraid to lose me. Just stop over thinking debu she was only concerned about you. Wait a minute why had she come to my room in the middle of night. Neither I nor Vivaan had called her?

(Just then Karuna ji snapped her fingers in front of debu.)

Karuna ji : Where are you lost Debu? Come on start eating.

Debu : Yes maa. (he said while putting a morsel into his mouth)

(After breakfast Dadaji and Khushi left for temple while Karuna ji made Debu drink the decoction. After that Vivaan and Debu went to their room.)

In room

Debu : Vivaan I wanted to ask you something.

Vivaan : What bhaiya?

Debu : Why had Ananya come to our room in the middle of night?

Vivaan : Yes bhaiya even I was thinking that. We will ask Di later about it but now we need to do something about Ray.

Debu : You are right Vivaan. Maybe we should put Bharat Nagar in a protective shield so that no evil power can come in.

Vivaan : Good idea bhaiya. Come lets do it fast.

(Debu and Vivaan went out and using their magic put a protective shield on Bharat Nagar.)
