Carmen's POV

I looked at myself in the mirror. Today would be my first day of work. I gave myself 2 months of settling in, before beginning my actually mission: Getting all the info Julios Black had of the underground.

Considering he was a director and his very own company is greatly involved with the underground, he was the best target to pick, don't you think?

I dusted the invisible dust off my skirt and headed out of the door.

Day 1, let's begin.

Julios's POV

Today my new secretary is going to begin her first day. Should I go easy on her? Or not...

Nah I'm not feeling nice today.

I cracked my knuckles in excitement. Let's see if she has what it takes.

.

.

*knock knock*

"Yes."

The door opened, and there revealed my new secretary.

"Right on time I see."

"Well, who would want to be late on their first day right?" She walked towards me. "It would be disrespectful."

Right on my nerve huh?

"Well, I hope you realize I won't be pampering you despite being my secretary right?"

"I wouldn't expect anything less from you. I'm ready for anything." She said with confidence.

I nodded in agreement. "Then, let's begin."

I showed her all the basics personally. Normally, i would leave this to the another department. But I was really interested in her, there were many questions I wanted to ask her, testing her every response.

She took everything I said seriously, and she made sure to pay attetion to my every word. Whenever I told her to repeat what I said, she did it without stuttering. O couldn't feel a hint of nervousness coming from her. I only had to say it once, and it already had stuck with her. It was like these sort ot thing weren't new to her. Who was she?

"So, those are all the basics you need to know. And questions?"

She remained silent for awhile, absorbing everything.

"You know...it's fine if you can't remember everything at one go, it's inhumane to do so anyways." I looked away, unable to meet her eyes while saying that.

"Mm, not true. Everything you said makes sense, and I don't see a need for you to repeat since they are all general knowlege you need as a secrtary. Thank you for the personal guide." She smiled at me.

"P-personal guide?"

"I know your secretaries are usually directed to other departments for a brief. ANd I was also expecting that, but it surprised me when you didn't. It means you have high hopes for me right? I won't let you down Mr Black." She replied.

How did she-?!

"Uh..."

"My words must have left you shocked. It's ok, you don't have to respond. Well, if Mr Black would be so kind to bring me to work are..?" She carried to conversation.
