As she opened her eyes, she immediately felt her head aching probably it's the alcohol last night. Napansin nito agad ang kanyang phone na kanya ring natulugan sa tabi. Alas dos na ng hapon at wala din ni isang gumising sa kanya marahil sinabi ni Manong Lito na inumaga na siyang umuwi kaya hindi narin siya inistorbo.
She stood up at dumiretso agad ng kanyang banyo, she badly needs to shower. She took off her dress and do what she needs to and when she's done, finally lumabas na ito ng kanyang kwarto.
Hindi rin alam ni Anna kung bakit sa laki ng kanilang bahay tuwing lalabas siya, pagmumukha ni Zach ang bumabati sa kanya. It's too early for her to play with him.
"G-oodmorning." She greeted.
"Afternoon." He corrected. She awkwardly smiled.
"Is Mama still here?... Oh, syempre wala na. Sorry." Her attempt para hindi siya mapahiya but turns out mas lumala pa.
"Of course, she's here."Zach answered dahilan para mas maconfused si Anna.
"And you're here too...." Anna trying to analyze and think what's the day now. She got confuse and suddenly lost track on time. Zach started giving her a look, confused too.
"Are you okay?" His worried face so visible.
"Of course." Agad nitong sagot.
Kailangan ko ng kape!
Anna left him a smile bago pa niya ito lagpasan.
"Are you ready for tonight?" Napatigil muli si Anna. She started to feel the heat going up to her face. How dare he flirt this daylight.
"What about tonight?" She calmed herself.
"Aren't you going with us?" Another question at kaunti nalang talaga sasabog na ang utak niya.
"W-hy, with whom?" Mas lalong kumunot ang noo ni Zach. He's so damn confuse.
"You pranking me?"
"Why would I prank you?" She has no idea about what Zach's talking.
"What is up to the two of you?" Their Mom appeared. Thank God!
"Ma!"Anna hugged her.
"Nag-aaway ba kayong dalawa?" Tanong nito na may pag-aalala.
"No Ma, I'm just asking her kung ready na ba sya mamayang gabi. It will be her first time to meet people sa company..."Unti-unting pinagtutugma ni Anna ang naririnig. Anna looked at her Mom.
"Oh, darling. I'm sorry, hindi ko na binanggit sayo tungkol sa celebration ngayon. I know your busy, you have work so...." Sa wakas klaro na.
"It's okay Ma, my work doesn't need to be rush. I can make time for the family, for you syempre. What about tonight po Ma?" She really had no idea.
"No, you have to work!" She firmly said. Nagulat si Zach at mas lalo na si Anna. Her mom seems nervous and shock to what she said and acted too.
"What I mean is alam kong ayaw mo ng maraming tao, it's a party, I'm worried about you, about how you feel, your health...." She came back to her own self in a snap. She smiled and hold Anna's hand. She's weird Anna thought but convinced herself na worried lang ang Mama niya.
"Ma, diba sinabi ko na sainyo matagal nakong okay. I tried and nakaya ko diba." She hold her hand and smiled at her.
"So, when do we start dressing up?" Anna cheerfully asked. She dragged her Mom palayo kay Zach.
Zach thought about how weird her Mom acted. He entered his room and by the moment he lay down on his bed, his mind shifted on Anna's face. No matter how hard he convince himself na hindi siya dapat ang isipin, hindi niya parin ito mapigilan lalong lalo na ng makatanggap ito ng mensahe kay Kath saying 'I can be your Anna.'
Ngayong alam niya ng tinanggap nito ang ideya niyang laro nagkaroon si Kath ng dahilan para hindi tigilan si Zach.
Zach spent his remaining time sa kanyang kwarto na nakahiga. He's looking at his suit na naka-ready na and when he check the time doon na siya nagsimulang gumalaw.
Groomed and dressed he look himself at the mirror bago siya lumabas ng kanyang kwarto. He rarely feel nervous pero ngayon klarong-klaro kung gaano siya kinakabahan. Sa ilang buntong hininga niya palang.
He opened his door at nagulat pa ng bigla nitong makita ang Mama niya. She's already dress but seems so unease.
"Ma, what's wrong?" He asked.
"Do you want Anna to come with us?" Kumunot ang noo ni Zach, what is she pointing out? She's serious looking at him.
"Why?" Tanong niya.
"Nothing." Mabilis sumagot ang Mama niya. Turned her back and Zach knew there's something bothering on his Mom but when she faced him back bumalik ito sa pagkakalma at pagngiti.
"Let's go. Anna's waiting downstairs." She wrapped her arms on Zach's and walk together. Hindi na nag-abala si Zach tanungin muli ang Mama niya ng napansin at nasigurado na nito na okay siya.
Anna's smile captured Zach's eyes. She's wearing a silver dress that suits her very well. Para siyang diyamante subalit gaano man kakinang ng suot nito hindi parin nito matutumbasan ang kinang ng mga ngiti niya. His heart beats so fast habang papalapit sila and it's not helping him so he snap out of it and avoid looking at her.
