"Final na ba talaga decision mo?" Ngumiti si Anna bilang tugon.
"Yes." Pareho silang napalingon sa labas habang ine-enjoy ang kape.
"Alam mo, kung hindi ko lang alam na magkapatid kayo maniniwala talaga akong boyfriend mo si Sir Zach." Natawa si Anna.
"Hindi talaga kami magkapatid."
Halos mailuwa ni Lizzie ang ininom na kape habang gulat na gulat itong pinagmasdan si Anna.
"What?! What do you mean?"
"I know you already heard the rumors and I'm confirming it to you." Yes, simula ng magtrabaho ito sa kumpanya nila, this rumor circulated but agad ding natu-turned down.
Lizzie looked at her waiting for another bomb. She's talkative pero urong ang dila niya.
"Real Anna is dead. I'm not Anna."
She casually said.
It's very different hearing it from her.
"Would you believe me if I say that Zach's mom who is also my Mom now just picked me up somewhere?
Crazy, right?!" She lightly chuckled.
"Actually, hindi ko talaga alam ang eksaktong nangyari 'non. I chose not to remember my life back then because what tattoed my mind the most was, I should've never been born in this world. I'm a curse." How can she talk casually sa bigat ng laman ng kanyang bawat salita. Nakangiti rin ito habang nagsasalita.
"I really believe na namatay talaga ako sa araw na 'yon and the reason why I came back to life is to be Anna."
She's smiling but Lizzie can see her eyes screaming in pain.
"But....
Im just a human, hindi ko madadaya ang sarili ko. I thought I'm strong enough na silipin ang dati kong buhay pero hindi pala." It's a long journey para i-admit niya ito sa kanyang sarili.
Suddenly, ramdam ni Lizzie ang bigat ng paligid. She can see how really broken she is sa pagpipigil nito ng nararamdaman. Her words are thrusting but she's smiling like everything is good. For the very first time, she can't think of way para i-lift ang vibe, she wants to hear more even if it hurts. This is the gap na matagal niya ng nararamdaman kay Anna, now she's telling her story. She finally came out.
Ako pa rin yung duwag at mahina noon. Ako parin yung madaling paikutin at paglaruan." She take a sip on her coffee.
"Do you wanna know kung sino talaga ako? If you're a guy, maybe there's no need." She chuckled but immediately stop when she heard Lizzie sobbing.
"I'm sorry..." Lizzie cried. Kinuha nito ang kamay ni Lizzie.
"Why are you crying?!" She got a tissue at pinunasan ang luha ni Lizzie.
"I'm sorry...." Lizzie just keep on saying sorry.
"Sira ka ba? Why are you saying sorry." Para itong nagpapatahan ng bata at natuwa nalang ito sa kanilang hitsura.
"I shouldn't have brought this up." Natuwa parin si Anna.
"No, I really want to tell you this. You're the very first friend that didn't judge me right away. I'm just grateful to have you Lizzie. Thank you." Na-overwhelmed si Lizzie at agad nitong niyakap si Anna.
"Bakit kailangan mo pang umalis?!" She's still sobbing.
She gave her a smile. Kinuha ni Anna ang phone nito and for the very last time she took a picture of them that's when Lizzie caught Anna's hands shaking uncontrollably but act like it's normal.
