       "I don't understand why I am being dragged into this." Kasen said in an annoyed voice from the back of the car.

"She hasn't answered her phone all day and it's almost three! I'm worried, like what if she died!"

"Have you ever thought she dosent like you?" Kasen said with a smug face.

"Don't be so negative! Even though she dosent know it she has some form of a connection with me!" Beau responded with as he sped up on the road.

"You still haven't answered my question."

"Well if she dosent answer the door when she sees my face, she'll open the door for you!"

"Have you ever thought she dosent want to talk?"

Beau stopped the car and looked back at his friend. "You're so smart! Why didn't I think of that!"

Kasen sighed "how are you not failing school?" He mumbled to himself.

        "So are we stilling going to Lauren's house? Because were here now."

        "Let's just get this over with" Kasen responses with and got out of the back of the car.

         Beau knocked on the door, and it no one responded. "What the hell!"

         "Calm down, I know how to pick locks." Kasen said as he grabbed a pin from his pocket and crouched down to the key whole.

          "Or we can use the spare key in the flower pot."

          "Give that to me." He mumbled and unlocked the front door,

          The two walked in. Beau was loving the house, he felt like he was in a cabin. Everything had a friendly vibe to it and he felt warm and protected inside. Kasen on the other hand just found the home very rustic and nothing more.

         "Well where do you think she is?"

         "I don't know I've never been to her house!" Kasen whispered yelled.

          "Me neither! That's why I was asking you!" Beau whisper yelled back.

         "Use your nose! She's your mate!"

          "Okay! But why are we whispering?"

          "Uh I actually don't know, but smell her out." Kasen said going back to his normal voice.

Kasen followed Beau through the house. Beau was trying his best to find her scent but it was mixed in with her grandparents scent so it was a little hard. Eventually he got the scent and lead Kasen up to the third floor with a door.

"You think they keep her in the attic, like Cinderella?" Beau asked.

"Maybe?

"One way to find out."

        Beau opened the door and enstérer her room. He was shocked when he saw how big her room was. And how clean it was too. Half her room had he designs on her mannequin's some finished other half way done. She also had a window The you could see the forest from.

"Her room is very pretty." Kasen said as he looked at one of her half done designs.

"Yeah, but she's prettier."

"Simp."

"Whatever, now where is Lauren- I see her!"

"Don't yell she's sleeping you idiot!" Kasen whispered to him and smacked the back of his head.

Beau rubbed his head "you bully me to much."

"Your problem not mine."

Lauren rustled I'm her sleep and flipped over so the boys could see her face. Beau almost squealed when he saw that Lauren was wearing a polar bear onesie.

"How is she still asleep it's two thirty in the afternoon!

"Shhh your ruining the moment." Beau said as he took a few photos.

"I'm going to wake her up" Kasen said.

"No don't-"

At that very moment Lauren woke up. She looked at Neau and Kasen then to her clock as she read the time and date. She got out of bed and headed to her bathroom. The two heard the shower turn off as they stared at each other.

"She's not mad?"

"Maybe she's too tired,"

"Should we leave?" Beau asked.

"Yes, let's wait for her in the kitchen and make her some food."

The duo went down stairs and started making food. Kasen decided to grab some potatoes and make has browns and eggs. While Beau decided to go into the fridge and eat some peach yogurt.

Beau's eyes widened as he smelled so,thing he wished he didn't. He looked back at Kasen who already turned off the stove and was looking out the window. Beau joined him and saw three huge wild wolves watching in a distance from the edge of the forest.

"How did they get this far in?"

"No idea Kasen, but we have to take care of it." Beau said as he unlocked the door.

Kasen grabbed his wrist. "We can't shift and have to be careful, we don't have any spare clothes and we can't have a huge scratch on ourselves, it would be suspicious."

"Yeah I know, just leave it to me."
