"Lauren! Laurennnn," Beau sang the next morning. After the misunderstanding Lauren stayed the night and made Beau sleep on the couch. "Laur-laur!" he sang.
"can you just shut up already? I have a headache because of you."
Beau huffed as she sat down next to her, he slayed down and put his head in her lap. "So I have an idea to make it up to you!"
"Me too! Stop annoying me!" Lauren said with a fake smile.
"Wow so harsh." Aiden said from the kitchen.
"Shut up! Why are you still here?" Lauren yelled so he could hear her.
Aiden walked into the living room with a yogurt cup, "easy, its a long drive back home."
She sighed, "of course it is," Lauren mumbled as she pushed Beau off her.
Beau landed on the floor and looked at Lauren sadly. "Please just listen to my idea?"
"No, I'm mad at you."
"But I thought you forgave me?"
"I was lying, obviously."
Beau huffed and spread out on the floor. Lauren went to the kitchen and glared at Aiden, Aiden glared back. In response Lauren kicked his shins, then got a peach from the fridge.
Aiden rubbed his shin, "damn you can kick good for a human," he mumbled.
"If you're gonna insult me, say it to my face."
"Maybe I will, Miss stuck up."
"Oh so Im a stuck up? And you just think you're better than everyone else?" Lauren said with a sadistic voice. "Why don't you go be a good boy and go back to the place came from?"
Before Aiden could respond, Beau grabbed Laurens hand and lead her out of the house. Lauren unwillingly followed, he opened the car door for her. She went in the car and he closed the door, he went to the drivers side.
He sighed as he closed the door, "why did you have to start a fight?"
"If hes gonna talk shit about me, do it to my face."
"Okay," he said not wanting to argue, "where do you want to go?"
"Huh?"
"For a drive."
"Away from everyone else, I need to clear my head."

Beau parked the car and helped Lauren out. Their hands stayed together as he led her through the forest. Under branches and around rocks, though small streams. The grass was soft under their shoes, the morning smell was still present.
They stopped around by a lake. There was no waterfall, where the water came from wasn't clear, but it was calming. It was peaceful. Lauren sat down on the grass and Beau sat next to her.
They sat in silence, neither of them saying anything but they understood each other.
A few minutes passed before Lauren spoke up.
"I'm sorry."
"I know."
"I'm sorry for the way I treated him, I shouldn't have said that. And I'm sorry for everything else."
"I don't get that part." Beau said finally looking at her. His eyes widened, she was crying. Beau knew she wasn't good at her expressing sadness, this was the first time he ever saw her like this.
"I'm so sorry."
"I still don't get it."
She wiped her tears before explaining, "I've treated you and everyone else like shit. From the moment I've been here. You, Kasen, Ashley. All of you guys. I took advantage of you, how you had what I wanted."
"What you wanted?"
"A good family life."
