"Hello?" Taeyong raised his brow upon seeing a woman clad in an expensive-looking dress. Weird, he doesn't recall on meeting someone this late night. Maybe a business protocol? Or something related to the bank? Related to the lost files maybe? Taeyong cleared his throat. "May I help yo-"
He wasn't given the chance to continue when he was suddenly shoved in the face of what it seemed like a paper. Taeyong vigorously shook his head and seized the paper. "Excuse me?! What was that for?!"
That was surprising. Taeyong did not do anything to her making this rude woman just greet him like that. And she's a grown woman, does she not know manners? Professionalism? Taeyong thought all adults were not like her, turns out, he was wrong.
"Read it." The woman deadpanned, crossing her arms. That was not the answer Taeyong wanted. He grimaced.
Taeyong opened his mouth to protest but decided against it and read it anyway. He figured arguing with the woman's impolite behavior will just prolong the time, and maybe he'll just take it after reading. His eyes dilating progressively. Normal, wide, normal, wide, as he carefully implemented the printed words in his head.
Though, the header in big bold fonts caught his attention.
"Complaint for. . ." He slurred and squinted his eyes. ". . . Child assault?"
Taeyong paused, before continuing. ". . . Huang Renjun?"

"HAHA. You loose!" Jaemin called placing both his palms down on the flat sheets of the floor mattress. Renjun could only shoot a menacing glare towards the younger and sigh, leaning back on the wall. Apparently, the eight boys, specifically; Jaemin, Jeno, Donghyuck, Sicheng, Hendery, Renjun, Mark, and Yuta played around 10 or more rounds of Rock, Paper, Scissors. Unbeknownst to Taeyong, those eight still were awake. (They couldn't sleep anyways.)
"You and Sicheng will get u water!" Chimed Donghyuck, his lips curled into a grin.
"But what about Mr. Taeyong? He'll find out we're still awake." Sicheng stood up, puffing his cheeks.
"Just say your SO thirsty you're bringing the whole pitcher!" Jaemin snickered.
"That's stupid." Renjun rolled his eyes and tugged Sicheng's sleeve.
"Whatever. Don't get caught, that's it." Jaemin retorted, his mood suddenly switching from playful to an annoyed one.
Hendery made this salute gesture as he leaned forward. "Good luck soldiers."
"Shut up." Sicheng was the first to leave the room, followed by Renjun.
Renjun gently shut the door.
"So, here's the plan-" Sicheng spoke immediately right after Renjun stood infront of him. "We-"
"Be quiet, get pitcher. Done."
Poor Sicheng wasn't given the chance to speak. His expression faded into a sulky one, throwing his head over to the railings that overlooked the living room. "Let's go."
Renjun hurriedly led Sicheng down the stairs and though the kitchen successfully, no signs of Taeyong near the area. The kitchen was dim so it was hard for then to pinpoint where exactly they were heading. Apparently, Sicheng bumped his cheek on the fridge when Renjun accidentally pulled him too hard. Hence, a sulking Sicheng rubbing his cheek.
"You should be careful." Sicheng whisper-yelled and tugged the sleeve of Renjun who had the pitcher in his arms.
"As long as you aren't bleeding. You're fine."
