There can be nothing more pleasant to the senses than the sunrise. Morning went by pretty quickly as the scintillating golden disc slowly rose from its hiding spot. Little by little, the neighborhood now overspread by the warm luminosity of the sun. Birds now singing their morning songs, hovering above the outskirts of the neighborhood.
Inside Taeyong's house was still the same. Though it was a bit dimmer as the curtains shielded the windows preventing daylight from entering, but a ray of white light still managed to peak through the thick layer of maroon curtains resulting the wooden flooring illuminated by the small portion of morning gleam. It was quiet and only the soft snors and breathing filled the living room. Taeyong laid all wrapped in his blanket and his pillow covering his whole face. The male looked like a caterpillar at this point.
It was a peaceful day and surely nothing will interrupt this beautiful morning right?
Wrong.
By the foot of the staircase featured one boy attempting to pry away from the other's hold.
"Hyung.. What are you doing?" The boy whispered, tightening his hold around the other's waist.
"Can you stop and let me go?!" He whispered-yelled, his one hand on the boy's cheek as he aggressively shoved him. The younger whined. "Yah! That hurts.."
"If you don't want more, let me go Jungwoo!"
Jungwoo shook his head vigorously and leached unto him more. "Running away while Mr. Taeyong is asleep is bad. Where will you go?"
"Back at the orphanage. It's better there."
"Ten-Hyung.. You know that Bo-Ah noona entrusted us to Mr. Taeyong for a reason.. You can trust him." Jungwoo spoke softly. Chittaphon fell silent and had his gaze fixated downwards. Jungwoo had a point. But Chittaphon was too stubborn to admit he is right as the lad was younger than he is. The younger, the wiser.
"Of course.." Chittaphon heaved a sigh and eased slightly. Jungwoo smiled.
When Chittaphon felt his grip loosened slightly, he took the opportunity to elbow the poor younger in the face and sprinted towards the door. Jungwoo yelped and chased after him. "Yah!"
Kun came down rubbing his eyes. His hair was disheveled. It took him a good minute to figure out the heavy padding of footsteps belong to the two running around in circles. What's worse is that Taeyong is asleep. He blinked and scurried downstairs.
"Yah!" Kun whisper-yelled. "Mr. Taeyong is still sleeping- quiet you two!"
"Hyung, help. Ten-hyung.. is trying... to run.. away..!" Jungwoo uttered in between breaths, he still chased him around.
Kun sighed and ran, positioning himself in front of Ten whom stopped before the older. "Gege-"
"Ten, you can't just run away. Also will you two quit it? It's early and you two are starting a riot!" Kun whisper-yelled, grabbing Chittaphon by the wrist.Chittaphon used his other hand to try pulling the older's dense hold. Kun was unusually strong. "Let me go!" Chittaphon raised his voice.
Kun shot him a glare.
"Should we wake up Mr. Taeyong and let him handle this??" Jungwoo pouted while Kun merely shook his head, his grip tightened at every attempts of Chittaphon wiggling or even yanking his grasp off.
"I can handle this." Kun reassured the younger.
Lucas was already seen scurrying down the stairs and to the backyard, sprinting past the three.
"Where are you going Lucas?" Kun whipped his head over to the boy excitingly opening the sliding glass door.
"To fetch me some bugs! Jaemin told me he saw a really really big beetle there." Lucas was particularly bouncing the moment the sliding door was whipped open, the wide transparent glass will no longer shield the boy from nature. Kun had his eyebrow arched. "Just don't bring them in-"
