"Mrs. Jung Hae-rim."

Taeyong's eyes dilated. THE Jung Hae-rim. Why would the eminent Hae-rim want to meet up with some average bank manager Taeyong? Did he do something wrong? Maybe she would like to invest in the bank? Or no? The thought trundled through his brain like a through train, with no intention of stopping. He leaned back in his black swivel chair, both his arms pressed against the armrest.

"Did she specify what is this meeting for?" Taeyong spoke, whipping his attention towards the female that stood before his desk.

"Not really. She just said she wanted to meet you. I think it's important."

Damn. Something important? Like what? And so far, Taeyong is fully aware of the fact  he has no buisness correlation whatsoever with this Jung Hae-rim. This was out of the blue and this isn't something Taeyong would expect sooner. Though, he doesn't think that he'd refuse a meeting with her. Yeri dusted her grey pencil skirt and cleared her throat making Taeyong snap out of his mental trance. "I mean. If you want I can just cance—"

"No no. This is fine. I'll have this meeting with her. Where will this take place?" Taeyong raised his brow.

"At your office, Mr. Taeyong."

Taeyong nodded. "Alright. Thank you."

"Oh and Mr. Taeyong?"

Taeyong had his gaze lock into the female's own. It took her some time to muster all the words inside of her head. "Well. I may take a leave for this week. I need to tend to my grandma as no one would be with her this week."

Taeyong gave some thought as he pursed his lips. "If you were to take a leave this week, you'll have work piling up your desk for the next week." He knitted his eyebrows, scratching his head. "You're sure right?"

"Definitely."  Yeri nodded.

"Alright then. You're lucky I'm having another filling your spot for this week. But in fairness, you need to catch up with the accounting and you need to make sure to record all the transactions in the validation slips I mentioned to you not too long ago." Taeyong stated with a brow raised. Yeri gave another nod.

"I won't forget the responsibilities. I need to leave early to pick her up from the hospital."

"Alright. Go. And I hope your grandma gets well soon." Taeyong smiled. Yeri bowed and scurried to grab her belongings and went out her way, one of the guards opening the door for her. Taeyong watched as she goes and let out a lengthened sigh. This will be another day and it'll pass. He also needed to meet up with Jung Hae-rim soon — he needed to fix himself up a little —

"Sir Taeyong." Sooyoung spoke, approaching the male bringing along with her a black file folder. She gently set down the folder and stepped back. "The records of the total loans this month, and the sales of products for the past three weeks as just you requested."

Taeyong gave an approved nod and hummed. "Right. Thank you."

The clock striked three in the afternoon and Taeyong was sorting out the printed papers by the side. Not much people have entered the bank at this hour figuring it must have been a busy day. Taeyong didn't really mind though, the past days were quite stressful so maybe less customers is quite convenient.

While the other employees decided to roam around the area chit chattering with their clients. Taeyong had alot in mind and had this feeling invading his chest. The feeling was queer. He had no idea why he's like this.

Maybe not enough sleep? Probably. As much as he wanted to nap there, he still needed to wait for this Jung Hae-rim to arrive.

He felt himself run over his other arm where the boiled spot was. Taeyong forgot to change the bandage this morning and was in a rush. Although the wound was still recent, it wasn't as painful as the past few days, thankfully.
