Taeyong woke up.
Though, it wasn't in the car anymore but his bedroom. It took him some time to recollect his thoughts. First of all he doesn't remember sleeping on his bed last night? He's certain he fainted on Jaehyun's car, that's what he can use for now. Taeyong carefully sat himself up and scanned his surroundings. Yep, it was indeed his own bedroom, though aside from him nobody was present. Odd. Didn't the rest of the kids sleep here? Did Taeyong just rid of the kids sleeping place for his own comfort?! Did he!? He bit his lip and in a swift motion, he hopped off bed. The moment his feet came in contact with the floor he can feel fatigue crawling over his body along with heaviness. Not to mention his body aching so much. This issue at work took a massive toll on him.
Taeyong made sure to fix his bed. He wouldn't want anyone - and especially the kids - to come inside to a shambolic-made bed. That would be embarrassing. To keep the respect the children had for him, he needed to pay attention to things like simply fixing the bed. That's where the other kids sleep too.
Speaking of kids, had they eaten? Taeyong was aware on how long he was knocked out. But he's concerned if they ate on time. And speaking of time, what time is it?
Taeyong scurried for his phone and opened it. 5:48 am. It read.
Doubtless, the children may still be snoring at this time. Only Taeyong gets up.
He opened the door and tread in a delicate manner - to not wake the children - and head downstairs. He then went for the kitchen to cook breakfast for the children so by the time he leaves for work he no longer has to worry if the children had eaten.
Maybe while he's at it, he can cook lunch too.Pancakes, bacon and egg for breakfast.
Kimpitang for lunch.
The children will love it for sure.[Another local specialty is kimpitang (“Kimchi Pizza Tangsuyuk”), a dish of sweet and sour pork covered with tomato sauce, cheese and kimchi]
As he was preparing ingredients for both breakfast and lunch, a thought crossed his mind. He has no memory of getting up and making his way to the bedroom whatsoever. There are five questions to ask. What? Where? Who? Why? When? Although it's not much of a big deal and Taeyong can simply shrug it off, he's a tad bit worried if at some point he was robbed or not or what if the children were harmed?!
But he was with Jaehyun. . .
And he knows that the house isn't so clean. The cleanliness of the house is important and must be done!! What will Jaehyun think now. . .
Wait. Why is he worrying about this?
Just as Taeyong proceeded to cook now. A loud continuous bang resonated a good radius of the place. Taeyong halted, carefully standing on guard and reaching out for a knife. Since it was around 5 the place was fairly dim. It was only the kitchen light that supported Taeyong's vision. His sense of sight is quite limited for now.
This must be a break in. But how? Did Jaehyun not lock the door? That son of a. . .
Taeyong lowered his upper body and tip toed towards the source of commotion. Gradually it became louder every time Taeyong strolled. Looks like it comes from the entrance door.
When he was about to jump attack that mysterious someone. He immediately stopped.
That person was walking continuously while banging his head..?
And his figure is small —
Wait.
Taeyong placed the knife on a nearby wall table and took a closer look.
Taeil??
An instinct of his shot up. This must be a weird case of sleepwalking. Taeil must have a solid brain that didn't look like he was in pain banging his head on the entrance door repeatedly. If Taeyong arrived a bit later he'd be greeted with a bleeding head. . .
