And just like that, we were already celebrating one of our final Glee Club lessons. We still had a week left, but that would be filled with preparation for graduation, and other things like that. I had already accepted my letter from Michigan, so now I just had to begin figuring out what I needed to bring. I had begun to help Sam pack his things since he was heading to New York about a week after graduation. I wasn't much help since every five seconds, I would find something sentimental and get a little emotional. First, it was his old Rocky Horror shorts, which was from the first time we met, and the next time was the ticket to our first prom together.

Since Glee Club had been disbanded, Mr. Schue decided to call in some reinforcements to help say goodbye to everyone. I was most excited to see Kurt, Quinn, and Santana, but it was amazing to see everyone back in the choir room. It felt like how it used to be, it felt like everyone was back home.

Mr. Schue was up in the front, writing something on the board. I was too preoccupied talking to Quinn about school, and her new boyfriend. According to her, he was to die for.

"One hundred lessons," Mr. Schue said, turning back towards us.

"Hey, can I get Finn's plaque when we clear this place out?" Puck asked.

"No, the plaque stays here. Lillian and Finn belong here at McKinley. It means so much to me that so many of you came on short notice to celebrate the past few years. To sit in this room one last time and sing. Your assignment is to sing one of the songs we sang in here, but reinvent it in some way. Way back in the old days, when I started the Glee Club, I would give an assignment, and then I would... I would give a little demonstration of what I was looking for."

"See, you all cheer now, but just wait until he starts rapping." Oh, how I missed Santana so much.

"Okay, no hip-hop today Santana. However, I have asked a very special person to come and join me. You know, it seems appropriate since her contributions helped save the Glee Club, or at least the auditorium way back when. Please welcome, all the way from Broadway, Miss April Rhodes."

All of us got up to give her a proper welcome back. She still had not grown an inch since the last time I saw her. But she did change up her hair, which looked amazing on her, by the way. All the newbies were incredibly confused by who she was, but that didn't matter right now. I had to ask her all about her adventures in the Bahamas, because I read somewhere that she bought an entire island with the money her ex-husband left her.

Just as I had suspected, April had hundreds of stories to brag to us about. Gathered around the piano, she began telling us about how her recent lover bought her another island to name after herself. She seriously was the embodiment of who I wanted to be when I grew up.

"Thank you April, for that amazing lesson in female empowerment," Mr. Schue said, cutting off April from continuing her explicit story.

"Amen! But, quick question. Why are we all holding these plastic champagne flutes?"

"'Cause we are about to pop the cork with some bubbly. But don't worry, this Spumante is virgin." Damn it. "Probably like you will be for a long time." April pointed directly at Unique, who simply gave her a death glare. "Anyways, Will and I want you to raise your glass to celebrate the Glee Club by singing, hands down, the best song the New Directions ever did."

"Wait a second, the New Directions never sang 'Raise Your Glass'. The Warblers did."

"I was wondering why it didn't annoy me every time I heard it in my head. I have always had a soft spot in my heart for you prep school boys."
